After a fifteen month battle, he succumbed to complications from
pancreatic cancer. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife
Elena, his son Louis (Dana), his grand_sons Michael and Alexander,
his older sister Anna, nephew Mario, niece Rosa, and their families
of Udine, Italy. Joseph will be fondly remembered by all of his
family and Friends in Canada and Italy. Visitation will be held
on Tuesday, December 27, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at
the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south
of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December

Passed away peacefully on Monday, December 19, 2005 at the Alexandra
Marine and General Hospital in Goderich with family by his side.
Born in Torryburn, Scotland, he is survived by his loving wife
of 54 years, Margaret and their three sons, David (Julie), Ian
(Nancy) and Scott (Wendy). The proud grandfather of Michael,
Andrew, Jillian and D.J. he has enjoyed his retirement in Goderich
for the past 21 years. A Past Master of the Merrill Masonic Lodge
in Dorchester and long time member of the Royal Canadian Legion,
32 years, his passion for golf and family kept him young and
active until succumbing to his battle with cancer. He was 80
years young at the time of his passing and will be sadly missed
by all who knew him. The family wishes to thank Friends and neighbours
for all of their support during this difficult time. As per his
wishes, no memorial services will be held. In lieu of flowers,

86th year and 65th year of religious life. Survived by her sister

Sister Mary Denis, native of Windsor, Ontario, was a graduate
of Saint Mary's Academy and of the University of Windsor, pursued
post graduate work in French at Laval University. Her contribution
to education from 1943 to 1973 was Primary School to Senior Secondary
and Principalship. At the end of her teaching ministry, she gave
her life to a wide variety of jobs; homemaking and pastoral work
in Leamington, serving at Marion Villa, London and hospitality
and tutoring of students at Mount St. Joseph. Although Sister
Mary Denis engaged in so many works of our community, her most
profound work was her patient enduring blindness and total inaction
for fourteen years in our infirmary, Ignatia Hall. Visitors will
be received at Mount St. Joseph Motherhouse, 1486 Richmond Street,
N., London on Saturday, June 11, 2005 from 1: 30 p.m. to 4:00
p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 p.m. Prayers Saturday

Henry George, died peacefully at home on the 28th of April 2005,
surrounded by his family. Lovingly remembered by his wife, Wendy

Rongits RUBER, and seven grandchildren; Caitlyn, Chase, Bailey,
Chloe, Maxwell, Colin and Faith. Henry will be sadly missed by
his sisters Grace, Katheryn (Phil), and Irene (Jim), and brothers
Robert RONGITS (Mary), Joe (Libby) and Bob (Lucy) as well as
many nieces and nephews. A dedicated family man, Henry retired
from General Motors after 30 years to fulfill his dream of farming.
He did it his way - with truth, integrity and love. He will be
missed by many. "Don't count the years-count the memories". Respecting
Henry's wisher cremation has taken place. There will be no Visitation,
a Celebration of Life will take place on Tuesday, May 3rd at
the Lampman Funeral Home, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick at 10: 00
a.m., followed by a Committal of ashes at Bismarck United Church
Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations
to the Bismarck United Church.

be held later at Resurrection Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy
to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Ontario Heart and

Eaton Company from 1948 until his retirement. He then filled
his time with family, golf, and bridge. In his last few days
of life, Jim never lost his sense of humour. A special thanks
to the Goldmintz family for keeping "Grandpa" a special person
in their life. The family would also like to extend their gratitude
to the staff at the Errinrung Nursing Home in Thornbury for their
exceptional care and many kindnesses to both our father and our
family. Visitation will take place at Saint John's Anglican Church
York Mills, (Garnsworthy Room), 19 Don Ridge Drive, on Wednesday,
July 13, 2005 from 7: 00 to 9:00 p.m. The service of remembrance
will be held in the Church on Thursday at 12: 00 noon. Interment
