SLATTERY, John McCurley
Peacefully, with his family by his side at Scarborough Grace Hospital, on Thursday, January 6th, 2005. John, beloved husband of the late Phyllis Marie DAVIEAU. Loving father of Carolyn MULLROONEY, Susan McGRATH (Brendan), Patricia GRIFFIN (Brian), Maureen PELLETIER (Brian) and John (Barbara). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Kathryn, Thomas, John and Mark MULLROONEY, Jeffrey (Paula,) Steven and Robert McGRATH, David, Carolyn and Jennifer GRIFFIN, Michael, David, John, Victor and Louise PELLETIER, Kevin, James and Andrea SLATTERY. Dear brother of Mary PHELAN, Ralph SLATTERY and the late Janet RIKER. Friends will be received at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main St. N. (Markham Rd.), Markham on Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at the Church of St. Patrick, 5633 Highway 7 (east of McCowan), Markham on Monday at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow in the church hall. Cremation.

RIKLEY, Eunice Margaret (née WILLIAMS)
Eunice Margaret RIKLEY in her 88th year. She was born in London, Ontario to Reverend David and Gladys (McKINNON) WILLIAMS. While working in Chatham at the Hydro Electric Power Commission of Ontario, she met and married Ervin RIKLEY. During the war, she and their son, John David, lived in Wallaceburg while Ervin served in the Royal Canadian Air Force. In 1945, the couple moved to their farm in Dover Township. During the 1960's and 1970's Eunice worked as a secretary at Wallaceburg District Secondary School. Ervin, her husband of 62 years passed away in 2004. She is survived by two sons and a daughter; John David RIKLEY and his wife Marilyn of Calgary; James Williams RIKLEY and his wife Judy of Edmonton and Susan Eunice RIKLEY of Edmonton. Also there are two grand_sons Jamie and Joel RIKLEY, and a granddaughter Shannon BOND, as well as four great grandchildren, Caitlin and Kelsey RIKLEY and Alexandra and Ryan BOND. Friends may call at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street (at Elgin), in Wallaceburg from 2-3: 30 & 7-8: 30 p.m. on Wednesday. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, March 24, 2005 at 11 a.m. The reception at noon at the Cavanagh Reception Centre will precede the interment at Maple Leaf Cemetery in Chatham. If desired remembrances may be left at the funeral home to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the St. Stephen's (Mitchell's Bay) Memorial Fund. At Victoria Hospital, on Saturday, August 6, 2005. Neil Robert BURGESS of London in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Joan (McCURDY) BURGESS. Dear father of Sue Anne TAMBURRI (Carmine.) Loving grandfather of Tianna and Christian. Brother of Denise RIKLEY (Donald,) Lois BIRD (Robert) and Carole GIGGEY (Charles.) Predeceased by his parents Evelyn and Robert BURGESS and brothers-in-law Alexander and Donald McCURDY. Friends will be received at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Monday from 2: 00-4:00 and 7: 00-9:00 p.m. A memorial service will be conducted at the St. Aidan's Anglican Church, 1246 Oxford Street West on Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at 1: 30 p.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Neil are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society.
