Suddenly as a result of an accident, on Friday, August 19, 2005, in her 20th year. Loving daughter of Rob and Chris RANK of R.R.#2 Hastings. Dear sister of Marshall RANK at home. Beloved granddaughter of Marg and the late Gord TAILOR/TAYLOR of Markham, the late Norm and Joyce RANK. Sadly missed by her boyfriend Josh RESAR of Peterborough. RIGHETTI, Sister Ursula (Ottilia Caroline)
Sister Ursula (Ottilia Caroline) RIGHETTI entered Eternal Life on October 16, 2005 in Chatham, Ontario. She was born in Odessa, Saskatchewan in 1906, the daughter of the late Karl and Theresa (ZEREMBA) RIGHETTI. Sister entered the Ursulines of Vibank, Saskatchewan in 1925. In 1953 the Ursulines of Vibank joined with the Ursuline Religious of the Diocese of London. From 1928 to 1971 she served as a teacher in Saskatchewan: Odessa, Claybank, Balgonie, Allan, Grayson and Vibank. She then became a regular visitor at nursing homes. Senior Centers and Pasqua Hospital in Regina until 1988. Sister moved to "The Pines" in 2003. She is survived by her siblings Paul (and Jean,) Teresa STERBLING and Margaret (and Steve) LEBIODA. She predeceased by siblings Karl Rudolph, Karl Thaddeus, Herman, Anton, Joseph, Sr. Serchmana, O.S.U., Wilhelmine YOUNG, Katherine RESCH and Sr. Veronica, O.S.U. Relatives and Friends are invited to join the Ursuline Community at a prayer service to be held on Monday, October 17 at 7: 00 p.m., in the Holy Family Chapel at "The Pines" Chatham. The Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 18, at 9: 00 a.m. in the Holy Family Chapel, 64 Ursuline Avenue, Chatham. Interment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Tony FROUDE, loving son of Sharrline FROUDE (Joe PACHECO), Herminio CORREIA (Marcia RESENDES) and caring brother to Arthur (A.J.) CORREIA. Loving boyfriend to Chantelle DIAS. Grandson to Winnie and the late Selby (Poppy) FROUDE, Idalino and Adrania CORREIA. Great-nephew to Gloria DACOSTA. Beloved step-brother of Cliff, Dillon, Sara, Priscilla and Justine. Loving nephew to Danna (Jamie), Janice (Brian), Bruce (Jasmin), Peter (Leslie Anne) and the late Arthur CORREIA. Cousin of Myles, Jake, Joshua, William and Riley. He will also be missed by many close and dear Friends. A much beloved matriarch of a large and loving family, Mary, wife of the late Abe YAMPOLSKY, is survived by her loving children, Bernice and the late Sammy RESNICK, Rose and Lou GOLDSMITH and Marsha and Arthur GODFREY. Mary cherished and will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Mark and Cindi RESNICK, David and Elissa RESNICK, Paula and Joel KAZMAN, Lin and Arthur GOLDBERG, Gershon and Laura GOLDSMITH, Bryna and Allan TOWB, Aaron and Rivkah GOLDSMITH, Barbara GODFREY and Adam and Kim GODFREY. Mary was blessed with 19 adoring great-grandchildren and one beautiful great-great grandchild. Mary was predeceased by her siblings Lisa, Manya, Louis, Eva and Percy. Mary's life was full of love and kindness for others, which was always returned to her with open hearts, not just from her wonderful family but from everyone who had the pleasure and honour of her company. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Mary ALFANO, Florence LOMANO, sisters-in-law Isabel SCOZZARI and Yolanda RESTIVO, brother-in-law Charles RESTIVO, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Salvatore, Angelo and Thomas, her sister Angela DISTEFAN, her brothers-in-law Nicholas LOMANO, Anthony Alfano and John DISTEFAN and niece Barbara ZAVARISE. The family will receive Friends at the Markey Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton (905-547-1121), on Tuesday, January 4, 2005, from 4-9 p.m. The Vigil Prayer Service will be on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at 8: 00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Herkimer and Locke Streets, Hamilton (905-528-0019), on Wednesday, January 5, 2005, at 11: 00 a.m. The Rite of Committal will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. After spending her final days surrounded by family, Pat passed away peacefully in her daughter's home on Friday, September 23, 2005, at the age of 65 years. Beloved wife of the late George RESTIVO. Loved daughter of the late Frank and Gladys BLAIR, loving mother of Gord and his wife Wanda, Kim, Jan and her husband Brian. Proud Grandma of Katie, Ben, Shawna, Brett, Ty and Michael. Sadly missed by her brothers Chuck (Annie), Dusty (Lil) and the late Danny and all the Blair Family in Fort Erie. Dear friend and niece Terri will always cherish special moments at the lake. Loved daughter-in-law of Sam RESTIVO, treasured sister-in-law of Linda, Bill and his wife Diana, Susan and her husband Gerry, and niece Brianne. Pat will be greatly missed by all her many Friends at Davis Lake. Pat now rests peacefully in the arms of her husband and soulmate George. She will be forever remembered for her insurmountable strength, courage and caring. Passed away peacefully after an all too brief fight with cancer on Sunday, September 25, 2005 at Scarborough General Hospital at the age of 75. Wife of the late Michael RESTIVO. Mother of Michele, Michael (Ann), and John (Mary Grace). Grandmother of Sean and Deanna. Special thanks to the staff at the Scarborough General Hospital for their care and compassion. Friends may call at the "Scarborough Chapel" of McDougall and Brown, 2900 Kingston Road on Wednesday, September 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held on Thursday. Passed away suddenly on Monday, October 3, 2005 at Saint Mary's Hospital, Kitchener. Allen resided in Kitchener and was formerly of Tillsonburg and New Hamburg. He was born 66 years ago in Stephen Township and was the son of the late Arthur and Jean (RICHARDS) LIGHTFOOT. Beloved husband of Marilyn (DAVISON) LIGHTFOOT whom he married May 19, 1962. Dear father of Sherri and husband David WILSON of New Hamburg, Judy and husband Claude RESTOULE of Belle River and Renee LIGHTFOOT of Kitchener. Sadly missed by his grand_sons Matthew, Scott and Corey. Also remembered by brother Lawrence and wife Herta LIGHTFOOT of Lyndon, sisters Marjorie CONNOLLY of Bayfield, Shirley and husband Norm SHADDOCK of Parkhill and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Barbara and husband Ralph LOSSING of Komoka, Helen MOORE of Hamilton, Bill and wife Analisa DAVISON of Kitchener and Marshall and wife Cathy DAVISON of Waubaushene. Also missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Allen was predeceased by brothers-in-law Keith CONNOLLY and Ken and wife Eva DAVISON.
