Patrick PISANI, in his eighty-fifth year, passed away on Saturday,
February 26, 2005, in his sleep, after a month of declining health.
He was born in 1920 in London, England. He had been staying with
his daughter Michele at her home in Hawaii since December 29th.
He had resided in Sussex, England for the past twenty-eight years.
A member of the Royal Air Force in World War 2, he moved to Canada
after the war. He and his late wife, Emma, had four children,
Ann Hummel, Michele Gildener, Patrick Jr., and Peter. Loving
grandfather to Laurie, Stephanie, Hannah, Allan, Julie, and Eric.
Sadly missed by family in England; sister Marie, sister-in-law
Janet; and Joan, Karen, and Graham of Littlehampton. Always a
patriot and supporter of England, he will be missed by his Friends
at the Dovercourt and Toronto Cricket Clubs. Private Cremation.

Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Monday
from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be conducted
on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at 11: 00 a.m. Interment Woodland
Cemetery. The family would like to thank the Byron Medical Centre
and Dr. EBERHARD who provided exceptional care over many years.

Although Jack was a history specialist for 39 years, his first
love was always music. Having been taught percussion by his beloved
father, Jack played drums in a combo at King Edward Public School
when the students marched into school. He then went on to play
in the Harmony Orchestra walking along Bloor Street on Sunday
mornings with his friend Vic
FELBRILL, drum and violin in hand.
Jack also played in the Harbord Orchestra and sang in early television,
choir and grandstand shows. Jack was a member of the Initial
Festival Singers at the Stratford Festival Inauguration. Throughout
his career, he conducted numerous school and community choirs
and book shows, ending with seventeen years in Florida with a
choir of thirty retirees.

after 48 years of Service. In 1988 he was among the first to
be inducted into the DeHavilland Canada Hall of Fame. Always
cheerful, actively involved and sincere, he was a real gentleman
with a kind and generous heart. He will be fondly remembered
and sadly missed. The family wishes to extend its gratitude to
the wonderful and compassionate staff at Southbrook Lodge and
to his close community of Friends at Southbrook, who enriched
his life. A Memorial Service will be held at St. James the Apostle
