At Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll on Wednesday, December 21, 2005, Betty (WELLAR) SMITH, of Ingersoll, in her 76th year. Daughter of the late Wilfred and Estella WELLAR. Beloved wife of Alf SMITH. Dear mother of Beth and her husband Frank ELLERY of R.R.#4, Ingersoll, Allen and his wife Cathy, Susan and her husband Mike HOUSE and Randy and his friend Bernice all of Ingersoll Daughter-in-law of Janet SMITH of Salford. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Belle PIFER of Angus, Dorothy LAWSON of Brentwood, Howard WELLAR (Dorothy) of Ingersoll and Fred WELLAR (Lola) of Ingersoll. Predeceased by one son Bruce SMITH (2002,) one brother Roy CROWE, one sister Doreen DUNN and one great-grand_son Brayden SMITH. Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, 246 Thames St. S., Ingersoll Friday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. where complete service will be held on Saturday, December 24, 2005 at 11: 00 a.m. Reverend Bernie ROSEVEAR officiating. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alexandra Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.

RICHARDS, Eric Oxford (October 14, 1972-September 8, 2005)
Passed away at Toronto on Thursday, September 8, 2005. Beloved son of Glenda RICHARDS (née WHITESIDE) and Scott RICHARDS (predeceased.) He is also lovingly remembered by Evelyn ZUBEK (Godmother) and Wayne ZUBEK, Lori NEWMAN (spouse), Joy NEWMAN, Uncle Derek and Merle RICHARDS and family, Linda DAWE and Ashley ALVERO, Stephen and David KELLEY and family and Wayne BURNETT. Gareth BENNETT and Cara PIFKO and Eric's bands, The Elastocitizens, My Dear Heretic and Thieves' Crossing will cherish the memory of his close Friendship. A thoughtful, generous and kind-hearted human being, he will be missed by all those lives he touched. His sense of humour enabled him to transcend his many physical challenges. Now he is free to soar. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto Western Hospital and Toronto General Hospital who enabled Eric to overcome many obstacles throughout his life. The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to the Toronto General Hospital Dialysis Unit (Eaton South) staff and particularly, Betty KELLMAN, R.N. for all of their dedicated care and support. WEINSTEIN, William " Bill"
Formerly of Toronto, after a prolonged illness in Hastings on Hudson, New York on September 7, 2005 surrounded by his beloved family, his loving wife Arlè, his children Philip, Shula and Robert; loved grandfather of Adam, Taija and Avi. Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Sarah WEINSTEIN, brothers Maurice and Leon and sisters Elsie PIFKO and Vera RASMINSKY. Survived by brother Isadore (Gus) and sister-in-law Lucy and sister Malca and brother-in-law Jay MARIN and many nieces and nephews. He will be sorely missed by those he touched through his profession as a social service worker. Interment Cedar Park Cemetery, Westwood, New Jersey. A Memorial Service will be held to honour his lifetime accomplishments on September 30th in New Jersey. If so inclined, donations in his memory can be made to the Alzheimer Research Fund, c/o Baycrest Center Foundation, 3560 Bathurst Street, Toronto, M6A 2E1 (416-785-2875).

Dear brother and brother-in-law of Arlene WEINSTEIN of New York State and Malca and Jay MARIN. Predeceased by his siblings Maurice WEINSTEIN, Elsie PIFKO, Leon WEINSTEIN, Vera RASMINSKY, and William WEINSTEIN. Devoted grandfather of Rachel SIRA, Cara Lauren, Michael, David and Lisa, Sara and Rick, Symee and Dov, Jason, Harry, Bill, Dmitri, Ali, Nicola, and Sam and the late Michael Jay CHERNIAK.
