Passed away on February 3, 2005, in her 85th year, at Trillium Health Centre - Mississauga Site. Beloved wife of Walter Douglas PAMENTER. Cherished mother of Judith (David COHEN,) Nancy (John POTVIN,) and Heather (Ian WALLACE.) Dear grandmother of Philip POTVIN, Alex WALLACE, Shelley WALLACE, Valerie COHEN, and Laura COHEN. Dear sister of Bill FERRIER. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews and other family and Friends. Friends will be received at the Turner and Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas Street West (between Islington and Kipling Aves.) between 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at the Chapel on Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at 3 p.m.

PAMENTER- POTVIN, Nancy Anna Liese (née PAMENTER)
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on November 5, 2005, 57 years of age, at Toronto Grace Hospital. Nancy survived cancer with courage and grace for over 3 years. She was a caring Nurse, Nursing Instructor, and Lawyer. Sweetheart of husband John Neill Thomas POTVIN. Cherished mother of Philip John POTVIN. Beloved daughter of Walter Douglas PAMENTER and the late Margaret PAMENTER. Dear sister of Judith (David COHEN) and Heather (Ian WALLACE.) Lovingly remembered by aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, and many supportive lifetime Friends. Thanks to: High School, Neighbourhood, Church, and University Friends health care staff at Princess Margaret, Toronto Grace, St. Michael's Hospitals, and Etobicoke Community Care Access Centre, who helped, encouraged, and cared for Nancy. Donations welcomed to the National Ovarian Cancer Association. Reception at Turner and Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas Street West (West of Islington) on Wednesday between 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at Humber Valley United Church, 76 Anglesey (East of Islington) on Thursday, November 10, 2005 at 1 p.m.

Peacefully, in her 83rd year, at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto, on Thursday, December 15, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Herb BALDWIN. Survived by her brother Russ ROBB (Pat) of Stroud, her sister Eileen HARE (Wilf) of Barrie, niece Anne WIERSMA of Holland, cousin Reg WHELLOCK (Doreen) of England, and many British relatives. Dear friend of Jean PAMENTER and Marika OLESHNIA. She will also be remembered fondly by Friends at the Church of the Transfiguration and Briton House. Special thanks to Father Michael BURGESS of the Church of the Transfiguration for his pastoral care and support, and Doctors MORGAN and NAQUVI, Nurse Emily and the staff of D3 at Sunnybrook for their excellent care. Visitation Sunday, December 18, 2005 from 12: 30-4 p.m. at the Murray E. Newbigging Funeral Home, 733 Mount Pleasant Road (south of Eglinton), 416-489-8811. Funeral Service in the Chapel Monday, December 19, 2005 at 11 a.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Sunnybrook Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

After a brief illness, on December 24, 2005. Longtime employee of Thompson Ahern and Company for 50 years. Will be sadly missed by sister Thelma PARKER, sisters-in-law Gladys PAMENTER and Shirley PAMENTER, and many nieces, nephews and Friends. Private cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held at a later date.

PAMPENA, Salvatore " Sam"
Passed away suddenly yet peacefully on Monday, January 10th, 2005 at Sunnybrook Hospital, in his 77th year. Beloved husband to Teresa, in their fiftieth year of marriage. He will be sadly missed by his sons Joseph and his wife Paulette and Anthony and his wife Rose. Caro Nonno to Nicole, Victoria and Nicholas. He is survived by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Friends and family will be received at DeMarco Funeral Home, 3725 Keele Street, (416) 636-7027 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on both Thursday, January 13th and Friday, January 14th. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 15th, 9: 30 a.m. at St. Norbert's Church located at 100 Regent Road. Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery at 5830 Bathurst Street.
