At Saint Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, August 14, 2005. Jack Calvin NESBITT of R.R.#7, Aylmer in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Ruth (WILKINS) NESBITT. Loving father of Linda LAFORGE and husband Jim of R.R.#7, Aylmer, Kathy NESBITT of Saint Thomas, Ken NESBITT and wife Laura of R.R.#4, Aylmer, Tom NESBITT and wife Pam of Aylmer, Dan NESBITT and wife Lorrie of Aylmer, Judy FASSEEL and husband Larry of R.R.#2, Pt. Burwell, Tim NESBITT and wife Julia of R.R.#1, Aylmer and Ron NESBITT of Toronto. Father-in-law of Sandra NESBITT. Grandfather of Greg, Lindsay, Stephanie, Kendra, Ryan, Rachel, Rebecca, Steven, Michael, Scott, Jackie, Jennifer, Tanner and Madison. Also survived by a sister-in-law Opal NESBITT and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Velma CARROLL, Leona OSLACH, Marion WILSON and a brother Sam NESBITT.
Born in Saint Thomas, Ontario on December 16, 1930 son of the late Harvey LEWIS and Inez (DAUGHARTY) NESBITT. Jack worked at Carnation Milk for many years and he was a farmer. He was a former member of the Port Burwell Legion #524. Friends may call at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at 1: 30 p.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. (Veteran World War 2, Member of Victoria Masonic Lodge No. 470, Victoria Harbour, and former long-time resident of Etobicoke). Passed away peacefully, at the Villa Care Centre, Midland, on Thursday, December 30, 2004, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Betty SACKETT. Loving father of Adalene OSLAND, Patricia (Don) STOCKS, Allen (Irene) TUMBER, and the late Gary (Carol) TUMBER. Pappa will be fondly remembered by his ten grandchildren: Michael OSLAND, Paul OSLAND, Lisa ROBBINS, Lara OSLAND, David TUMBER, Lesley TUMBER, Jennifer STOCKS, Phillip STOCKS, Leighanne TUMBER and John TUMBER. He will be sadly missed by his eight great-grandchildren: Daniel, Patrick and Kathleen Osland, Brittney and Ashley OSLAND, Shannon and Mikayla ROBBINS, and Aiden OSLAND. Norman is predeceased by his son-in-law Lyle OSLAND. Betty and family wish to thank the staff on the third floor of the Villa Care Centre for their tender, loving care of Norman. Lieutenant Royal Canadian Naval Volunteer Reserve World War 2, former Justice of the Superior Court of Ontario and founding member of the A.D.R. Chambers, partner in the firm of Jolliff Lewis and Osler, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, September Beloved husband of Betty GUEST, much loved father of Ann (Samuel MALCOLMSON,) the late Janet, (George McDONALD) and Hugh (Ann.) He was the beloved Granddad of Sheila, Eric (Allison) and Claire MALCOLMSON, Lisa (Peter STEVENS), and Morgan McDONALD, and Andrew (Amy,) Kim (Aaron,) and Megan OSLER. He was just getting to know his three great-grandchildren, Breanna and Rachel MALCOLMSON and Graeme John STEVENS.
Born in Winnipeg in 1915, son of Colonel Hugh OSLER and Kathleen HARTY. He leaves his brothers Gordon (Nancy RILEY) and Alan. Pre-deceased by brothers Bill, Hugh, John and E.B. John was educated at Appleby College, Trinity College University of Toronto, and Osgood Law School. Private Family service.
Friends will be welcome at a celebration of his life to be held at The University Club, 380 University Avenue on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at 4 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined. GUEST, Valerie Franklin (née JONES)
(February 15, 1911-November 7, 2005)
Died in her sleep after a brief illness in her 95th year. Valerie GUEST (née JONES) was devoted to her family. She was the much loved wife of the late David G. GUEST, mother of Christopher, Gillian (Stuart MARWICK) and John (Helen,) and grandmother of Jennifer and Michael GUEST and Robin MARWICK. She was very close to her late siblings Barbara ELDRIDGE of New York, Marjorie BRUCE of Montreal and Ralph JONES of Ottawa and their families. She was also very close to her husband's extended family, particularly through the many summers spent at DeGrassi Point on Lake Simcoe. She leaves three dear sisters-in-law: Elizabeth OSLER, Katherine STEVENS and Andrea JONES. Through her life, Valerie actively contributed to many charitable and artistic causes in Toronto. In her early years, she was a champion figure skater and later choreographed ice carnivals for the Toronto Skating Club. Until age 82 she was an active tennis player at the Badminton and Racquet Club. She was also for 67 years a member of the Women's Musical Club of Toronto. A celebration of Valerie's life will be held at The Badminton and Racquet Club on Monday, November 14, at 3: 00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations would be much appreciated. Community Living Brant and The Children's Aid Foundation (The Janet McDonald Scholarship) were close to Valerie's heart.

CAMPBELL, Marjorie Cameron (née HUNT)
Peacefully, at the Village of Winston Park, Kitchener, on December 3rd, 2005, with dignity and grace, in her 92nd year.
She was the beloved wife for 60 years of the late John Daniel (Jack) CAMPBELL. Marjorie is survived by her loving daughters Claire and her husband Fen OSLER, and Frances and her husband Timothy BLAKE. Gran will be greatly missed and never forgotten by her grand_sons Campbell and James BLAKE, and Patrick OSLER. She is survived by her sister Frances ANDRAS of Vancouver and was predeceased by her sister Jean CLARK of Winnipeg. The family would like to thank the staff of Winston Park for their outstanding compassion and care of our mother. In lieu of flowers donations to Winston Park Charitable Foundation, 695 Block Line Road, Kitchener, Ontario N2E 3K1 would be greatly appreciated and can be arranged through the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo N2J 1P7.
Cremation has taken place, followed by a private family service. A celebration of Marjorie's life will follow in the New Year.
