Passed away peacefully at London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria
Campus, on Saturday September 3rd, 2005 on her 79th year. Survived
by her children Rita and Edward of London. Also survived by family
in Germany. At Charlotte's request there will be no Funeral Service.
A private family graveside will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery
at a later date. Those wishing to make a memorial donations may
be made through the Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation of Canada. A
special thank you to the 6th floor Palliative Care staff. London
