Suddenly, on June 5th 2005, Patrick peacefully passed away in
his 53rd year. He will be lovingly remembered by his children:
James, Samantha and Sarah and his former wife

ONGARO,
Newmarket,
Ontario,) will fondly remember
the twinkle in his eye and his quiet but heartfelt laughter.
His niece Carleigh and his many nephews: Dan, Brent, Shawn, Chris,
Ryan and Zachary, will greatly miss their gentle uncle. Pat was
predeceased by his loving father Hugh J.
O'LEARY just last fall.
Patrick was loved and will be missed by his numerous aunts, uncles,
cousins and Friends.
Some of Patrick's many interests included gourmet cooking, music
of all genres and all things Irish. In lieu of flowers, donations
may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian
Diabetes Association. There will be a family memorial service
held at the St. Peter's Cemetery Holy Family Chapel Thursday,
June 9th at 11 a.m. Pat, you will live on in our hearts forever.
