Age 87, formerly known as Assia Chizik-Horpy. Passed away in
West Los Angeles (California) of a short illness at her home
on April 7, 2005. Pre-deceased by her 1st husband Itzchak
CHIZIK
and her late husband Bernard
JACOBSON.
She is survived by her
daughter Adna
OFER (husband Moshe) of Tel-Aviv and grand children
Guy, Orit and Rani also of Tel-Aviv. Also by her loving nephews
Ronald (Montreal and Daniel (New York City). Special services
in her memory will be held in Los Angeles later this summer.

sorrow for all of us, everywhere, may she rest in peace.

Passed away peacefully at Toronto East General Hospital on Sunday,
June 19, 2005 in his 77th year. Loving husband to Milka for 42
years. Beloved father of Ljiljana and Gordana (Ron)

He will be sadly missed by his sister Cvijeta and brother Jovo
and many other family and Friends. Visitation will be held at
Pine Hills Visitation Chapel And Reception Centre, 625 Birchmount
Road, Scarborough 416-267-8229, Tuesday, June 21, 2005 from 7-9
p.m. Graveside service at Pine Hills Cemetery Wednesday, June
22, 2005 at 2: 00 p.m. meeting at the chapel first. If desired,
donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
