ROSS, Gerald Murray (né SILVERMAN)
February 15, 2005, peacefully at home in Victoria, British Columbia after a 2 1/2 year valiant, uncomplaining battle with bladder cancer. Born July 4, 1949 to the late Violet and Sol SILVERMAN in Toronto. By knowing Jerry, one's life was indescribably better. He will be forever missed by his beloved wife and best friend Helene, cousin Harriet MILLER of New York City, relatives in France and Toronto, and his family of Friends across two continents. Thanks to Dr. Robert NAM, Sunnybrook, and Dr. Paul Pereira and the Doctors Pan of Victoria, who had his best interests at heart. Donations to non-profits which protect the ocean and its' creatures, or animal shelters.

Dear Nono to Deanne and Gregory. Michael will be dearly missed by his many family and Friends. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy. 10 North of Queen Elizabeth Way) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, October 21, 2005 at 1 o'clock. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Peacefully left us surrounded by loving family at the Sherwood Court Long Term Care Centre in Maple, Ontario on Sunday, August 21, 2005 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Dimitro (1997). Loving mother of Mary and Ron CABAK and Daniel of Victoria, British Columbia. Proud Baba of Sonya CABAK, Tara and husband Bill VAN NAMEN and Big-Baba of Ryan and Rachel. Dear sister of Vasyl CZYNIWSKI of Ukraine. She will be sadly missed by all other family and Friends in Canada and Ukraine. Vasylyna was a long time member of the Ukrainian Catholic Women's League at Holy Spirit Church in Hamilton. The family will receive relatives and Friends at the L.G. Wallace Funeral Home, 151 Ottawa Street North in Hamilton (905-544-1147), on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Panachyda on Thursday evening at 7: 30 p.m. only. Funeral Mass from Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Resurrection (821 Upper Wentworth Street in Hamilton) on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to The Children of Chernobyl Canadian Fund. The family invite you to sign Vicki's Book of Condolence at "Mama, you were always very loving and respectful of your family, Friends, and the environment. Thank you for being such a good example to us."

Loving mother of Mabel and her husband Isao NAMIKI, Dianne and her husband Robert LIMMER and Lorna SHUTTER. Cherished grandma of Kenji, Lena (Dave), Elisa (Joe), Peter and Kenny. Survived by her loving brothers Isamu (Yoshi) HONKAWA and Takazo (Sachi) HONKAWA and sister Kimiye (Lloyd) HIRABAYASHI. Friends may visit on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S.
