after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, July 27,
2005 at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance "Sydenham Campus", in
Wallaceburg at the age of 57 years. She was a long time standing
member of the Saint Johns Ambulance and the Youth Superintendent
of the Wallaceburg Brigade. Shirley received the Serving Sister
of the order of Saint Johns Ambulance from the Governor General
