Passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, with her family by her side, on Saturday, March 19, 2005, just after her 60th birthday. Dearly loved wife of Wayne LEY. Loving mother of Shawn (Betty), Jeremy (Ellen) and Melissa (Hezekiah SMITH), all of Keswick. Cherished Nana of Karillssia, Cody, Madison, Courtney, Kyle, Alicia and Olivia. Dear sister of Dianne (Larry PRICE) of British Columbia. Marliene will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and Friends. Predeceased by her parents Althea and Leo MOORE, and her brother Bev TURCOTTE. Visitation from M.W. MARTENS, Charlotte Alice (née KAMPF- WALCZAK)
Born July 23, 1925 in Folwark, Poland, and died peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Saturday, June 4, 2005. Charlotte is survived by her loving husband Lou MARTENS, sister Helena POHLER (Germany,) and children, Evelyn (Dr. Peter MUCALOV,) Karin (David MILNE,) Bernie (Lou-Anne DAEMKE,) Veronica (Robert HENRI,) and step-son Robert MARTENS. Devoted grandmother to Adrian, Monica and Nadia MUCALOV, Vanessa and Andrew MILNE, Krystelle and Evan DAEMKE and Victoria and Patrick HENRI. Great-grandmother to Emily-Grace and step-grandmother to Erica, Leanne and Jennifer MARTENS. Charlotte had many talents. She spoke three languages, was an avid gardener, photographer, knitter and cake decorator. A Registered Nursing Assistant, she cared for the elderly in St. Catharines, North York as well as at Sutton West and Beaverton, Ontario. The family will receive Friends at the Vineland Chapel of the Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King Street, on Wednesday 7-8: 30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, June 9th at 11 a.m. Cremation will follow.

On June 24, 2005 at Toronto Western Hospital at the age of 73. Beloved wife of the late Albert BERNARDO. Cherished by her children Patty, Maryanne, and Leonard. She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Christopher, Vanessa, and Adrian. Beloved daughter of the late Pasquale and Teresa MUCCILLI and beloved sister of the late Lucy CHIOVITTI. Dearest aunt of Debbie CHIOVITTI, Peter WYNNYCZUK and Alana. Relatives and Friends will be received at the Bernardo Funeral Home, 2960 Dufferin St. (two streets south of Lawrence Ave.) on Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4, and 6 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at 9: 45 a.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Church (Grace St. south of College St.). Former resident of the Elm Grove Living Centre. Great appreciation to the staff at the Elm Grove Living Centre for their untired tender care. Francis passed away on April 2, 2005 at Toronto, Ontario, in his 80th year. Francis was born on Janurary 16, 1926 at Toronto, Ontario. Predeceased by his parents Frank ADAM/ADAMS Sr. of Puerto Rico and Marie (Jessie) Caroline LANGLOIS of Sillery, Quebec. Brother of Ken ADAM/ADAMS (Alice VAHEY) of Weston, Jessie (Arthur NICHOLS) of Toronto, Dorothy (Lorne ROGERS,) Norman ADAM/ADAMS (predeceased) and (Mabel WINN,) Kathleen (predeceased) and (Victor MUCH,) Gordon ADAM/ADAMS (predeceased) and (Patricia JACKMAN.) Uncle of Mrs. Carol STEWARD/STEWART/STUART of Thornhill, Ontario. Will be remembered by many other nieces and nephews. Francis will be cremated and will be interred in the ADAM/ADAMS family plot at Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Lane, North York, Ontario.
