COLE, Gibson Garfield
(Canadian Army, World War 2, certified watchmaker, member of MFG Engineer, retired as buyer from Emco Ltd..) Passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, November 2, 2005 in his 84th year. Dear husband of the late Cora Mae COLE and son of the late George and Pearl COLE. Beloved father of June Elaine COLE and husband Harry BOOKER, Lloyd Gregory COLE and wife Mary COLE. Dear grandfather of Lindsay, Paula and Greg COLE. Sadly missed by all of his dear and loving Friends and relatives. Gibson was born in Frobisher, Saskatchewan. He had a passion for various hobbies such as model trains, boating, antique clock repair, cross country skiing, traveling, biking, RVing and slide presentations. The family will receive Friends and relatives at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London, for visitation on Friday 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be on Sunday, November 6, 2005 at 2 p.m. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated.
