Peacefully, on Saturday, July 9th, 2005, Mr. Gilbert Kerr LIDDELL, of London, in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Margaret M. LIDDELL. Dear father of Stuart and his wife Colleen, (London), and John and his partner Jen, (Wheatley). Dear grandfather of Sarah, Mackenzie and Rory. Dear brother of Ina GIBSON, (Scotland,) George LIDDELL, (New Zealand,) and Emma FERGUSON, (Scotland.) Predeceased by his brothers James, Robert, Bill, Maurice and Nelson. Gilbert served proudly as an Airman with the Royal Air Force in World War 2 (1945-1948). The funeral service will be conducted at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Monday, July 11th, 2005 at 1 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to service. Memorial donations to the London Health Sciences Centre-University Hospital would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Beloved wife of the late Henry Edward " Harry" BANKS and dearly loved mother of Carol and her husband Robert HELMER of Sparta, Marilyn and her husband Leonard KALIN of Woodstock and John and his wife Sharyn BANKS of Toronto. Dear sister of Agnes CHALK of Aylmer and Ruth NEWLAND of Tillsonburg. Sadly missed by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Mary was born in Calton on December 2, 1915, the daughter of the late Norman and Florence (LIDDLE) CHALK. She has lived in Saint Thomas since 1989 and formerly of London for over 60 years. She was a retired Registered Nurse at Vicitoria Hospital. She was of the Baptist Faith. A private family service will be held at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas on Tuesday. Interment to follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. No public visitation. Age 36, died peacefully March 22, 2005 at Toronto General Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. She was born December 10, 1968, the only daughter of Edward WENGER of Toronto and Lyn Marnoch LIDDLE of Stouffville, Ontario. Survivors include her mother and father, her dear brother Jamie WENGER, beloved niece and nephew Shelby and Matthew WENGER of Medford, Ontario, her aunt Heather SCOTT and cousins Marc and Grant MERKLINGER of Cottam, Ontario. Stacey had many dear Friends and family who helped her during the past 37 years as she valiantly fought her battle with congenital heart disease, bulimia and anorexia. We especially want to thank Nadia MOYAL, Lisa KAVANOUGH, Kirsten KOCH, Dorit CARR, Julie CAYLEY, Adrienne HUGHES, and the John family for being such great Friends. Thank you to the many doctors and staff at the Hospital for Sick Children, and Toronto General Hospital. Irene, much loved mother of John MAXWELL and his wife Nancy, passed away quietly at Aurora Resthaven on July 4, 2005 at the age of 84. She will be remembered with love by her niece (also her oldest and dearest friend) Marilyn VENABLES and her family in Amhertsburg; by her nephew Bob FOWLER and his wife Jane and their family; by her niece Arlene FOWLER and her family; by her nephew Don EVANS and his family in British Columbia; and by her step-daughters Judy SKIDMORE of Bancroft and Diane GROZELLE of North Bay. Irene's spirit and good humour endeared her to all she met. Her many Friends are invited to join with her family to share memories and afternoon tea at her home in Newmarket on Thursday, July 14th between 2-4 p.m. Special thanks to the staff of Aurora Resthaven (2nd floor Mill St. Wing) for their care and kindness during Irene's last few weeks. Of R.R.#1 Blenheim, passed away surrounded with the love and care of his family on Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Public General Campus. Kipp was born in Chatham 66 years ago and is predeceased by his mother Ruth (COATSWORTH) and father Alex RICE. Kipp is survived by his loving wife and soulmate June (LIDDY) RICE. Together, they owned and managed Rice Radiator in Chatham. Kipp was a loving father to Debbie HIGGINBOTTOM and her husband Brian of LaSalle, Randy RICE and his wife Michele of Chatham and Jeff RICE and his wife Bonnie of Chatham. Missing Grandpa are Justin, Bryan, Brianne, Brandon, Jason, Steven, Cole and Amanda. Peacefully, in his sleep, at home, on September 26, 2005, John Chauncey GRAY/GREY of Mt. Brydges, in his 75th year. Loved husband of Elinor Ann GRAY/GREY. Dear father of Patti and Jim COPPARD, Randy and Sylvia GRAY/GREY, Diane and Lee WHITESIDE and Tena GRAY/GREY, all of Strathroy, and foster son Blake and Audrey HUGHES of Mt. Brydges. Pa to 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 3 foster grandchildren, and 6 foster great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Mary and J.B. SAUNDERS of Pt. Rowan, Betty and George FRIEDRICKS of Tillsonburg and sister-in-law Joanne KENNEDY of Aylmer. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Leila (FINCH) (1980,) his father Jack GRAY/GREY (1965,) sister Barbara HOYLAND (2003,) and brothers-in-law Ray LIDSTONE (1967) and J.B. KENNEDY (2003.) Visitation at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy, on Wednesday, September 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 29 at 1 p.m. with Reverend Charles SEED officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to John.
