After short illness finally at peace at Humber River Regional
Hospital, March 29, 2005, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of Stjepan
(deceased). Loving mother of Vladimir and Zeljko, mother-in-law
of Valentina, dear grandmother of Mary, Robert, Sasa, Maja, Tom,
Tanja and Stefan and great-grandmother of Katrina, Matthew, Jessie
Jr., Jamie, Andy, Maggie, Danielle, S'oleil, Victoria, Mathew
and Zoe. Our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Sofija
maintained her deep faith and dignity to the end and will be
missed by many relatives and Friends in Canada, U.S.A. and Croatia.
Family and Friends will be received at the Turner and Porter
Funeral Home, Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere,
east of the Jane subway, Toronto, Ontario M6S 1P4, on Thursday,
March 31, 2-4 p.m., and 7-9 p.m. Rosary will be prayed at 8: 00
p.m. A complete funeral service will be held in the Croatian
Church, Our Lady, Queen of Croatia, 7 Croatia St. Toronto, Ontario
M6H 1K8, on Friday, April 1, 9: 00 a.m. Interment at Assumption
Cemetery in Mississauga. In memory of Sofija
