Peacefully with family at her side, at Grace Manor - Holland Christian Homes on Monday October 10th, 2005 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Anne DE BOER (2004.) Loving mother of John and his wife Nell, Elizabeth and her husband Ross, Bruce Anne GERRIT and his wife Christine, Gerrit and his wife Nancy, Theodore Rijnder Jan JACOB and his wife Marija, and Margret and her husband Harry. Loving grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 20 greatgrandchildren. Predeceased by her brother Jan. Friends may call on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). At the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, on Monday, January 17, 2005. Doug HINZ, in his 71st year, dearly loved husband of Katharine HINZ. Lovingly remembered by his daughter, Denise DENNIS and her husband James, and their children Carl and Olivia of Toronto; and his son, Richard HINZ and his wife Sharon, and their children Clayton and Jarrod of Saint Thomas. Brother of Eugene HINZ and his wife Patricia of Chatham, Sandra KOKE of Blind River, and the late Robert HINZ of Chatham. Fondly remembered by Katharine's children, Michael KELLESTINE and his wife Shirley of Lambeth, Shirley KELLESTINE of Mississauga, David KELLESTINE and his wife Deborah of Fort Saint John, British Columbia, Bradley KELLESTINE and his wife Catherine of Saint Thomas, Douglas KELLESTINE of Kitchener, and Heather CALAS and her husband Jeff of Mississauga, and their families.
Born in Perth County, January 27, 1934, son of the late Lorne HINZ and Florence (COLLINS) HINZ. Doug had been a long time employee of C.H.L.O., and had been an active member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Saint Thomas. He spent many years with the Kinsman Club and the K-40 Club of Saint Thomas. The family will receive their Friends at the R. E. Allen Funeral Chapel, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday afternoon and evening. Funeral service will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, corner of Elm Street and First Avenue, Saint Thomas, Thursday afternoon at 1: 30 p.m. Interment will be made in Saint Thomas Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Redeemer Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Passed away suddenly, at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Saturday, July 9, 2005. Ivan BELFORD, in his 86th year, was the loving husband of 64 years to Ena (née ALLEN.) Dear father of Cheryl and her husband Doug GEORGE. Grandfather of Allen (Carol) GEORGE and Kim GEORGE (Evan KOKE.) Great-grandfather of Haley and Sarah GEORGE. Ivan is also survived by his sister Eileen FIELDEN of California. Predeceased by brothers Kenneth, Walter and Earl.
