August 1, 1938 - December 22, 2004. Suddenly at her home in Vancouver.
Youngest child of the late C.O. and Anna J.J.
TATHAM of Woodstock,
Ontario. After primary and secondary education in Woodstock,
Ellen achieved her B.A. from the University of Western Ontario
in London in 1959. She had post graduate training in Toronto
and Seattle and spent her professional life as a speech pathologist
in Sarnia, Sydney (Australia) and Vancouver, which became her
permanent and much-enjoyed home. Favorite to all, Ellen will
be remembered for her generosity, humility and wonderful sense
of humour. She conquered physical health problems with grace
and quiet perseverance. She will always be loved by her siblings,
Charlie of Powell River, British Columbia, George of Guelph,
Ontario; Margaret
LUMSDEN of Edmonton, Alberta; Sid of Woodstock,
Ontario; and Elizabeth
DAVIS of Grand Bend, Ontario; and their
families, which include their four spouses, 21 children and 37
grand nieces and grand nephews. Predeceased by one nephew, Andrew
in 1985 and her brother-in-law Bill
LUMSDEN in 1997. Ellen will
also be cherished by her numerous Friends in many places, including
Richard KICE in Montana. In accordance with her wishes, cremation
has taken place. In place of flowers, a contribution to the Canadian
Mental Health Association (8 King St. E., Suite 810, Toronto,
Ontario, M5C 1B5) would be appreciated. A memorial gathering
of Ellen's family and Friends will be held at her favorite spot
for casual entertaining, the Billy Bishop Legion Hall in Vancouver,
Saturday, January 15, 2005.

KICKHAM)
Of Mississauga, Ontario. After a long and courageous battle with
cancer, Olive died peacefully at home with her family by her
side on June 11th, 2005, at the age of 52. She will be sadly
missed by her loving husband Michael, son Paul, daughter Shenade,
brother Derek and father Mossey. Olive was an obstetrics nurse
at William Osler Health Centre for the last sixteen years and
will be missed by her many Friends in Brampton and Mississauga.
Although her time with us here on earth was shorter than we had
hoped, we will always be grateful for her never-ending kindness
and love. Visitation at Glen Oaks Memorial Chapel and Reception
Centre, 3164 Ninth Line (at Dundas/403) in Oakville, 905-257-8822
on Wednesday, June 15, 2005 from 2-4 p.m. and 6: 30-7:30 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 7: 30 p.m. followed
by a reception.

London, where the complete funeral service will be conducted
in the chapel on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2005 at 11 a.m. A Royal
Canadian Legion service will be conducted under the auspices
of Duchess of Kent Branch No. 263, London at the Funeral Home
on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. Cremation with interment of cremated
remains at St. Peter's Cemetery, London at a later date. As an

Peacefully, at Parkwood Hospital, on Thursday September 15, 2005.
Peter DEACON in his 81st year. Dear husband of the late Elizabeth
(KICKS)
DEACON (1999.) Peter is survived by many siblings and
other family members in London, Ontario, and London, England.
At Peter's request Private Family arrangements have been completed
with Interment in Roy's Cemetery, Russelldale, Ontario. Donations
to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family
