of Mousa Dagh in 1941 and devoted her talents to the Armenian
Red Cross and the Housaper Club in Cairo. In 1974 she joined
Tom and Nairi with her family in Toronto and made Canada her
home. With her poise, patient determination and nurturing nature
she taught her children and grandchildren discipline, perseverance
and true values. She will live forever in our hearts. The family
extends its special gratitude to the Community Care Access Centre
staff, the Mt. Sinai Palliative Care Program, the North York
General Hospital and her family physician, Dr. David

of Mt. Sinai Hospital for many years of compassionate care. The

J. passed away on January 13, 2005 in Henderson,
Nevada. Daniel was born on August 19, 1919 in Manchester, New
Hampshire to the late Emilia and Jacob
SWIST. He graduated the
University of Alabama where he earned a B. S. degree in Business
Administration and Accounting. His entire Business School senior
class enlisted in the military after Pearl Harbor and he served
in the combat infantry in France, Germany and Holland, receiving
several commendations. Later, he graduated from the Boston University
Law School and began a career in government. He worked in Washington,
D.C. for the State Department, the Department of Labor and the
Treasury Department's Internal Revenue Service. Daniel married
the love of his life, Wilda Ethel
GALLOWAY on November 27, 1963.
In 1976, he and Wilda retired to Clearwater, Florida and later
moved to Phoenix, Arizona. His beloved wife Wilda died on September
1, 1998 and the light went out of his life. He is also predeceased
by his sister, Wanda

After a life well lived full of verve, commitment and warmth
Keith died peacefully at Toronto Grace Hospital on May 30th.
He will be dearly missed by his son Spencer and sister Elizabeth
as well as the multitude of others who were touched by his generous
presence. Born and educated in Montreal he joined LePage's Adhesives
in 1950 eventually attaining the position of president and Chief
Executive Officer in 1981. He was also a past president of Toastmasters
of America, the Rotary Club of Etobicoke and the Packaging Association
of Canada as well as working as an ambassador for the City of
Brampton. He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force during the
Second World War where he acquired his unending love of travel.
His wife, Victoria, whom he loved until the end died in 1988.
A private cremation was held on June 3rd and a larger celebration
of his life will be held later in the summer. May the spirit
in which he led his life continue to inspire those who were lucky
enough to have known him.

2005 in his 95th year, having lived a life of caring and accomplishment.
His love of learning and of children took him from a camp counsellor
at Bolton Camp to public school teaching and ultimately he bccame
a senior education administrator for the Toronto Board of Education.
His grandchildren fondly remember him spending long hours playing
cottage games, taking them fishing and attending most of the
important events of their lives.

Hospital, Toronto, at the age of 73 years. Loving husband of
Arpiné▲ (née
ABADJIAN,) daughters Laura, Leila (Don) and Nancy
(Malcolm). Proud grandpa of Keith, and papa of Clayton and Heather.
He will be greatly missed by his extended family and many dear
Friends whose lives he touched with his help and generosity.
Visitation to be held on Wednesday, May 18 from 12-1 p.m. at
the York Visitation, Chapel and Reception Centre, 160 Beecroft
Road (416-221-3404) with Funeral Service to begin at 1 p.m. in
the cemetery chapel. Interment and reception to follow. For those

REDFORD died peacefully on October 2,
2005, in his 95th year, having lived a life of caring and accomplishment.
His love of learning and of children took him from a camp counsellor
at Bolton Camp to public school teaching and ultimately he became
a senior education administrator for the Toronto Board of Education.
His grandchildren fondly remember him spending long hours playing
cottage games, taking them fishing and attending most of the
important events of their lives. Predeceased by his wife Jean,

1: 00 p.m. at the Humphrey Funeral Home at 1403 Bayview Avenue,

circle of Friends because she knew that when you gave love it
returned to you tenfold. Professionally, she dedicated herself
to preserving and strengthening rural communities. As a volunteer,
she was passionately involved in public service projects through
membership in the Shelburne Rotary Club. Through her compassion,
empathy and unwaivering pursuit of joy she challenged us all
to be our best selves. Friends may call at the Gilchrist Chapel
- McIntyre and Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph (from
