Peacefully at Stevenson Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, May 25, 2005, Walter URBANSKI of Tottenham, beloved husband of Victoria KAJAN. Loving father of Linda and Ken HARKNESS, Susan and Doug MEIN, and Walter Jr. and Krista URBANSKI. Sadly missed by his grandchildren: Jason, David, and Adam HARKNESS, Andy and Tom MEIN, Tawnie and Tess URBANSKI, and his great-grand_sons: Evan and Brayden HARKNESS. Dear brother of Frank and his wife Anne, and the late Anne BOYKACH, Vince, Steve, Peter, Joe, and Paul. Resting at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenbam Road, Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Thursday, May 26, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel 11: 00 a.m. Friday, May 27, 2005, followed by interment in Mt. Tegart Cemetery. In memory of Walter, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

KANE (LAPPIN,) Kay (née KAJI)
Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at the Toronto East General Hospital. Dearly beloved wife and best friend of Bob KANE. Daughter of Matsuyo and the late Jiro KAJI. Beloved sister to Eiko MAIKAWA (Kiyoshi), Nick (Nora), Ryoji "Roy", and Daniel (Betty). Sister-in-law to Bette, Dorothy, and Margaret KANE. Loving aunt of Nancy (Terry,) Douglas (Nora,) Steven, April, Colin, and Marcus. Cherished great-aunt of Melissa, Michael, Jennifer, Kimiko, Michelle, Nicolle, and David. Step-mom to Laurie PAQUETTE, Trevor and Brett KANE. Step-grandmother to Jason, Mallorie, Jennifer, Julianna and Brandon. Kay will be fondly remembered by all of her many relatives and Friends. She was known as "fun loving Auntie Kay" to just about everyone she met. Visitation will be held at the "Scarborough Chapel" of McDougall and Brown, 2900 Kingston Road (east of St. Clair Ave. E.) on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations made to "The Weekend to End Breast Cancer," in memory of Kay KANE or the Oncology Department of the Toronto East General Hospital would be appreciated.
