Ken was the proud founder of Kent Marketing Services Limited
of London. Ken recently spent a few of his last days at Fornebei
on the Bruce Peninsula, enjoying the view from the deck at his
much loved cottage surrounded by family. He will return for one
last trip to the Bruce to rest in peace. A Memorial Service will
be held on Friday, September 2, 2005 at 11 a.m. (visitation one
hour prior) at St. Michael and All Angels Church, 397 Springbank
Drive. In lieu of flowers those who wish may make memorial contributions,
in Ken's memory, to the Parkinson Society of Canada. Arrangements
entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home 452-3770.

Teen struck by three cars after getting off Toronto Transit Commission

A 15-year-old girl who ran across the road in front of a Toronto
Transit Commission bus was killed when three passing cars struck
her Tuesday night.
At about 7: 30, the girl disembarked the Toronto Transit Commission
bus, which was travelling north on Danforth Road at the intersection
with Linden Avenue, police said.
She ran across the front of the bus and into the northbound passing
lane of Danforth Road and was struck immediately, police said.
She came to rest in the left lane of southbound Danforth Road
and was hit by two more cars, officers said.
Sohada KABIR died of her injuries a couple of hours later.
