Suddenly at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound Wednesday morning September 28, 2005. Claude SCHNIEDER/SNIDER/SNYDER of R.R.#1 Shallow Lake at the age of 68. Beloved husband of the late former Margaret GILLISPIE. Loving father of Wanda JAY of Chatsworth, Brenda and her husband David McKINNON of R.R.#1 Shallow Lake, Claude and his wife Michelle of Hepworth and Orville and his wife Doris of R.R.#2 Hepworth. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Kim NAGEL and her husband Jason, Mike McKINNON and his wife Tiffany, Shane McKINNON and his wife Lee-Ann, Lisa and her husband Jeff DICKINSON, Jessica, Bethany, Joshua, Nathanial, Ethan and Cody SCHNIEDER/SNIDER/SNYDER and four great-grandchildren; Ashley NAGEL, Kalum, Dylan and Chantal McKINNON. Beloved husband of the late Harriet "Hattie" (GILES) HUSSEY (1999) and dear friend of the late Ruth TEETZEL (2002.) Dearly loved dad of Ruth ARMSTRONG and her husband Hugh of Burnt River and the late Marilyn McCREDIE (1999) and her husband John of Toronto. A son-in-law, Gord MYLES predeceased. Wonderful grandfather of Monica LAZENBY and her husband Keith of Richmond Hill, Leah BLAZANIN and her husband John of Whitby, Jennifer ARMSTRONG and her fiancé Tom JAY of Austin, Texas, and Todd ARMSTRONG and his wife Karen of Toronto. Peacefully in his sleep at his residence, 12 Juniper Place (Forest) Lambton Shores, David Elliott (Cob) WEBSTER. Eldest son of Elliot (E.J.) WEBSTER of Forest and the late Joan (1998.) Dear brother of Phillip (Julie), London, Rick (Ruthie) Brights Grove, Lyn JAY (Wes) of Port Perry, Malcolm (Colleen) of Forest and Neil (Dr. Ruth) of Iowa. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Aged 56. Resting at the Ronn E. Dodge Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, McFarlane Chapel, 9 James St. S. at Watt (Forest) Lambton Shores where funeral services will be conducted on Thursday morning at 11: 00 a.m. with Chaplain Angela MacDONALD. Visitation on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Cob was the first employee at the North Lambton Rest Home starting September 21, 1970 guarding building supplies (sitting on a pile of dirt). Once the building was erected, he commenced his duties in the kitchen until his death. Cob was a colourful individual who marched to his own beat and liked by all. Donations appreciated to the North Lambton Rest Home Auxiliary (cheques only received at the Funeral Home). Private family interment Beechwood Cemetery. A memorial tree will be planted in memory of "Cob" by the Dodge family.

Left to mourn her passing are her husband of 50 years, Ron JACKLIN; 3 daughters Pat SMALE and husband Bob of Crampton; Karen JENNINGS and husband Ralph of Vienna; and Brenda MILLER and husband Ed of Aylmer. Beloved grandmother of Jennifer and Dawn SMALE, Diane and Craig JENNINGS and Adam and Amanda MILLER. Born on March 6, 1935 at Saint Mary's Road, P.E.I., Laura was one of 12 children. Mr. Reginald JAY of King St, Delhi, passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Monday, September 5, 2005 in his 95th year. Member of St. Alban's Anglican Church and the Brotherhood of Anglican Churchmen and a former member of the Delhi Senior Citizen's Friendship Club. Reginald was also very involved with the Alligator Tug Boat in Simcoe. Beloved husband of the Late Kitty BARRETT (1982.) Dear mother of Ronald JAY (Agnes,) Delhi and Marilyn HEENEY (Mervyn,) London. Cherished grandfather of four grandchildren: Kelly JAY (Ken,) Toronto; Tracy JAY, Toronto Michelle HARTLEY (Mark,) Belmont and Michael HEENEY, British Columbia and two great grandchildren. DONALD and spouse Patricia; daughter Dr. Lynda DONALD and spouse Dr. Neil HOLLIDAY; 5 grandchildren: Nicole NORTH (Philip,) Angela GRUEN (Jeff), Brett DONALD, Jennifer HOLLIDAY (Leo BELLEPERCHE), and Alison HOLLIDAY; and many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Robert DONALD, and by her brothers Hilton and Albert JAY, and sister Alice BRADLEY. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Irene ROSS, who was predeceased by her loving husband of 56 years Victor, last September. They were the former owners of Church Newcastle Motors in "old Mimico". She will be sadly missed by her children Linda and her husband Chet JAYE and Diana and her husband Chris KORWIN- KUCZYNSKI. She will be cherished in the hearts of her granddaughters Carolynn (her dolly) and Jennifer (her angel) and missed by the family pets October and Bijou. She leaves her only sibling Lucy MASTERS. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Ruby ROPPEL and a daughter-in-law, Ann GUY.
