Peacefully, at the Scarborough Grace Hospital, on February 24, 2005, in her 75th year. Beloved wife of Angelo CARDINALE. Loving sister of Diana CARSO, Giovanna CONIGLIO (Joseph), Carmelo SALPIETRO (Nella,) Nicola SALPIETRO, Melina PARASALITI (Tony ISSACO,) and Michela SALPIETRO. Franca will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and their families; by brother-in-law Salvino CARDINALE (Joanna;) and sisters-in-law Adelia MINCHONE (Felicia) and Yole MARTINI (Mike.) Friends may call at the Pine Hills Visitation, Chapel and Reception Centre, 625 Birchmount Road, Toronto (just north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Sunday and Monday from 5-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Pine Hills Chapel on Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at 11 o'clock. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (www.cancer.ca).

Gustav HERBRECHT born in Unna, Germany 1916 died peacefully at Hotel Dieu Hospital in Windsor, Ontario, January 26, 2005. Predeceased by his wife Else HARTIG (1989.) Father to Monika (Werner) SCHEIDLER of Canmore Alberta, Horst (Monika) of Unna, Germany, Magdalene (Wilfried) HENN of Unna, Germany and Marianne (Reiner) ISSENDORF of Mississauga. Oppa to Peter, Robert, Daniela, Torsten, Stefani, Marcus and Tania. Great-grandfather to Erin, Emily, Alec, Mia, Logan, Til and Mika. Gustav came to Canada in 1956 working in London, Toronto, Kingston and Windsor. Cremation has taken place. Interment of remains February 19th at 11am. at Woodland Crematorium and Cemetery London, Ontario.

Quietly at her winter residence in Mexico on Thursday, May 5, 2005. Beloved wife of the late S. Gordon ISSERSTEDT. Loving stepmother of Robert K. and his wife Annette. Grandmother of Nicholas and Daniel. Sister of the late Alexander Laird "Mac" McBAIN. Dear daughter of the late Margaret and Alexander McDougall McBAIN. An ardent breeder of English Masters, longtime member of Toronto Golf Club, the Toronto Hunt Club and a graduate of Vassar College Poughkeepsie, New York. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Rosedale Presbyterian Church, 129 Mount Pleasant Road on Friday May 13th at eleven o'clock. Reception to follow. If desired, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

CHRISTOFF, Rabena " Baba"
Passed away peacefully, at Peel Manor Nursing Home in Brampton, on February 18, 2005, at the age of 80. Predeceased by her husband Wasil (1998.) Beloved mother of Wenko ISSINOFF, Mitko and his wife Eileen ISSINOFF. Baba of Christopher and his wife Annie, Corrine and her husband Mark, Nadia and her husband Gino and "The Little One" Dana and her husband Christopher. Great-grandmother of Joshua. Baba will always be lovingly remembered. Family and Friends will be received at the Scott Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel," 289 Main St. N., Brampton (905-451-1100), on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, February 21, 2005 at 10 a.m. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The family wishes to thank Dr. EARLE and all the nursing staff and aides at Peel Manor for their wonderful support and care. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
