IMADA, Thomas F., B.Sc.F.
Tom passed away on Friday, December 2, 2005, in Peterborough, after a courageous two year struggle with leukemia. Loved son of Hatsue and the late Morio, and brother to Stan. A loving and devoted husband to Sachi, and caring father to Kim (Tim), Janine (Stephen), Marion (Glenn), Andrea and Shari (Greg). Loving Grandpa to Keeley, Mariel, Sarah, Adam, Alex, Thomas and Kieran. The family is grateful to the Princess Margaret Hospital, Dr. Richard WELLS (now at Sunnybrook,) Dr. Mark MINDEN, the staff on 15A and 15B, and the transfusion unit, for their compassion, caring and understanding. Thanks also to the staff at the Palliative Care Unit at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. The ongoing support the family received from Friends was a source of strength, especially in the past few months. A gathering to remember Tom will be held on Monday, December 5th at 1: 30 p.m., at the Peterborough Golf and Country Club (1030 Armour Rd.). Dress is casual. No flowers please. In Tom's memory, the family would appreciate donations to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, Leukemia Research Fund (610 University Ave., Toronto, Ontario, M5G 2M9), or online at www.pmhf.ca. SAUNDERS, Mason Andrew " Bud"
(Resident of Coboconk, Ontario) It is with great sadness that the Saunders family announce the passing of a truly gentle man at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, on Sunday, April 17, 2005, in his 88th year. Mason Andrew "Bud" SAUNDERS was born in Toronto on September 27, 1917. Bud leaves his beloved wife Margaret " Peg" of 61 years; his daughter Gail (Mrs. Jack HOLLIDAY) of St. Albert, Alberta; and his son Paul of Coboconk. Predeceased by his sister Dolly IMAI. Also remembered by his nephew David DICKSON/DIXON. Bud and his family were proud of his World War 2 Royal Canadian Air Force service at several training bases across Canada, and operationally across Britain, Holland, Belgium and Germany. Friends may call at the Coboconk Community Funeral Home, Hwy. 35, Coboconk, Ontario 705-454-3913 on Thursday afternoon, April 21, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday afternoon, April 22, 2005 at 1 o'clock. It is with great sadness the Imai and Bryant families announce the passing of Evelyn on Thursday, December 15, 2005. Beloved mother of Richard IMAI and Vincent IMAI. Loving grandmother of Sean, Tracy, Sarah, Wendy and Alexander. She is survived by her brothers John BRYANT, Richard BRYANT, and Raymond BRYANT. She will be greatly missed by her family and Friends. The family will receive Friends at The McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax (Pickering Village), 905-428-8488 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday, December 19, 2005. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at 1: 30 p.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Born December 15, 1915 in London, Ontario. Founder and long time owner of "Robert Kerton Printing", Ajax, passed away peacefully at his residence in Cambridge on Saturday, May 14, 2005, in his 90th year. Bob, beloved husband of Marjorie HARRIS. Loving father of Robert and his wife Bari (of Waterloo), Nancy and her husband Eric O'HIGGINS (of British Columbia,) Elizabeth and her husband Vince MARIGLIA (of Ajax,) Shirley IMAIZUMI and Court ELLIOT/ELLIOTT (of Toronto). Grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Nancy KERTON. Also predeceased by his first wife Reita (née ROBBINS,) second wife Margaret, his brother Jack and sister Hilda. Very involved and very proud of both his family and his business, he was an Elder of St. Paul's United Church, Ajax, and a proud recipient of the Paul Harris Award of the Rotary Club. The family will receive Friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax (Pickering Village) 905-428-8488 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2005. Loving grandmother of Shawn and Nicole FRANCIS, and Travis and Callie KOSTER. Dear sister of Suus (Pete) DEKOTER, of Brampton, and Antaone (Alice) IMAMS, of St. Catharines. Remembered by dear friend Alice VANBEEK, of London. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd.
