Catherine Agnes (SIMMONS) age 82 of Dresden passed away Sunday, January 16, 2005 at Victoria Residence, Chatham. She was born in Galt, daughter of the late Sidney and Janet (PORTER) SIMMONS. Beloved wife of the late Albert MORLEY (2000.) Loving mother of: Janet MORLEY of Chatham, Linda and the late Arthur ZOLLER of West Lorne, Kathleen and Howie BARLOW of Dresden, Jim and Barbara MORLEY of Brigden, Cheri and Ellwood HYATT of Dresden, Susan PETERSON and Ken SMITH of Sarnia, the late Tom MORLEY (2004,) John and Annette MORLEY of Las Vegas and Marjorie SANSOM of Toronto 18 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren; dear sister of: Jean ROSS, Marion and George DEACON, Dorothy PHAIR and Marjorie ELTERVOOG; dear sister-in-law of: Dolly SIMMONS, Tilly SIMMONS and Alberta STAPLETON. She is predeceased by sisters Ruth PEGG and Mae NEWELL, brothers Sydney and James SIMMONS. Friends will be received at the Thomas L. DeBurger Funeral Home, 620 Cross Street Dresden on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at 11: 00 a.m. with Reverend George FLEMING/FLEMMING officiating. JAMIESON, Elizabeth Ann "Betty Ann" (née CRONK)
Elizabeth Ann (Betty Ann) passed away peacefully on Friday, February 25, 2005 at the London Health Sciences Centre, South St. Campus. Betty Ann JAMIESON of Port Rowan. Betty Ann was the daughter of Betty (Helen) CRONK of Port Rowan and the late Leighton CRONK. Beloved wife of Jim whom she married July 28, 1967. Dear mother of Jay and his wife Eva of Tillsonburg and Jaclyn of Port Rowan. Sadly missed by her granddaughter Genevieve. She will be remembered by her brother Bill CRONK and his wife Anita of Port Rowan, by her sisters Linda and husband Hugh McCLELLAND of Calgary and Karen BOSWORTH of Burlington. Betty Ann was the Park Clerk for the Long Point Provincial Park for 33 years. Betty Ann had a great love for gardening and baking. Relatives and Friends may call at the Jeffrey W. " I loved…and you loved me". Our much loved and beloved mother, Bette R. (DUPUIS) WALKER passed away peacefully at London Health Sciences Centre - Victoria Hospital, London on December 2, 2005. Predeceased by greatly missed husband Lawrence (Larry) WALKER and dear sister Jeanne (DUPUIS) HYATT. Loving mother of Karen Jeanne YORKE (Ward) of Amherstburg, Demra Lynn WALKER of London, Sharlene Audrey ARNOLD (Richard) of Geneva, Switzerland and James Albert WALKER (Carol) of Calgary. Special grandmother of Diedre, Corrinne, Kristin and Aaron as well as eight great grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by her close friend E.J. WRIGHT and dear little Tater. Bette, an avid duplicate Bridge player and Life Master, was an active member of the Bridge community. Cremation has taken place.
