ROOVERS, Paul Arthur
At his residence on Saturday, June 11, 2005. Paul Arthur ROOVERS of Aylmer in his 56th year. Beloved husband of Chris (HAPONIK) ROOVERS and dear father of Jordan, Miranda and Justin ROOVERS. Born in Tukemen, Argentina on March 7, 1950, loving son to Simmone (SCHEPENS) DEBACKER. Step-brother to Antoinette CHALYSSIN. Predeceased by his father, Desire ROOVERS, step-father Prosper DEBACKER and an infant sister Arlette. He was a teacher at East Elgin Secondary School since 1977 and was involved in the Co-op program placing students in local Aylmer businesses. He was a badminton coach and involved in the football program. Friends may call at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 7-9 and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Wednesday at 8: 45 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church on Thursday, June 16, 2005 at 11: 00 a.m. Interment, Queen of Peace Cemetery. Donations to the Paul Roovers Memorial Scholastic Award would be appreciated. “ Paul was a devoted husband, father, teacher and friend.&rdquo

The death occurred at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, April 12, 2005. Ernie HAPPE, beloved husband of Helen and dear father of Chris HAPPE of Whitby and Berenice (Bernie) IRIKS of Sebastopol, California. HAPPE, Ursula
On November 23, 2005 at the age of 83, after a long illness, Ursula went to be with her Lord. Predeceased by her beloved husband Tom and daughter Christine SCOTT. Cherished sister of Brigitte and Hannes LANGE of Sweden, sister-in-law of Harald and Marlaine of Florida and Horst of Germany, aunt of Karl HEINZ of Germany. Treasured " Mutti" to Rick, Linda, Kathy and Bonnie SCOTT, and "Aunt Happy" to Donald and David LEITH of Toronto. Much loved friend to many, especially Theresa and Harold TRACEY and Heinz WEICK. Ursula was a kind, strong and generous person who touched many lives. Thanks to Dr. KAMRA, Dr. SPAYNE and Debby LAWRIE of Toronto Regional Sunnybrook Cancer Centre. At Ursula's request, there will be no funeral. In Ursula's memory, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Passed away at the Carpenter Hospice, Burlington, after a valiant battle with cancer, on Friday, June 17, 2005 in his 73rd year. Beloved son of the late Peter and Sophie HAPPY. Survived by his sister Lillian and her husband Loui VUKANOVICH of Burlington. Loving and proud uncle of Peter and his wife Yvette, Susan, and John and his wife Laura. Our sincerest appreciation to Dr. PASTERNAK of Grace Hospital for his outstanding compassion and to the angels of Community Care Access Centre, notably Hannah and Anne Maria who looked after his needs so caringly.
