Joseph CORBIERE, a resident of M'Chigeeng, died at the Wikwemikong
Nursing Home on Sunday, January 16, 2005 at the age of 82 years.
He was born on Manitoulin Island, the
son of the late Edward and Emma

CORBIERE.
Joe had many trades - farming, logging and saw
milling, and worked at carpentry until his retirement in 1987. He loved
horses and enjoyed horse pulls. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting,
trapping, and bingo, and was an avid gardener. Joseph is survived by his
loving wife

Loving father of Audrey and Susan
of M'Chigeeng, Linda (and friend Dennis) of Minnesota, Jacqueline (and
Phil) of British Columbia, Michael (and Penny), Joseph (and friend
Rachelle,) and Lloyd all of M'Chigeeng. Dear brother of Mary
RECOLLET of
Birch island. Proud grandfather of seventeen grandchildren and nine
great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by two sons, one daughter, and one brother. Friends called
at the family home, 598 Spring Bay Rd., M'Chigeeng on Tuesday, January
18, 2005 after 1: 30 pm until Thursday, at 10 am. Funeral mass will be
held at the Immaculate Conception Church, M'Chigeeng on Thursday,
January 20, 2005 at 11 am with Father Michael
STOGRE officiating.
Interment at M'Chigeeng Cemetery. Culgin Funeral Home.
