God called Luigi peacefully on December 30, 2004 from the Etobicoke General Hospital at the age of 81. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Teresa. He will be cherished by his dear children Joe, Stella (Antonio CIANFARANI), and Maria (Domenic FIGLIANO). Proud grandfather of Tanya, Danny, Marco, Niki, Melinda, Sara-Jane, and Roberto. He will be held dear in the hearts of his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and many Friends. Family will receive Friends at the Fratelli Vescio Funeral Homes Ltd. God called Ernesto peacefully, from his residence, on February 3, 2005, at the age of 57. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Luisa. Ernesto will be cherished by his dear children Rosa (Marcello BATTISTI,) Roberto, Marco and loving friend Loredana FIGLIOMENI, also Morena (Roberto DE FAVERI.) Survived by brothers Carmine (Santa) and Alberto. Remembered by his brother-in-law Loreto (Lourdes). He will be held dear in the hearts of his nephews, cousins, relatives, and many Friends. Family will receive Friends at the Fratelli Vescio Funeral Homes Ltd. DUDAS, Maria (née BILANIUK)
Born in Zaliszczykij, Ukraine on March 9, 1927, passed away after a lengthy illness at the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre on April 11, 2005. Forever loved and missed by her children, Andrew, Martha, Anna, son-in-law Mike, grandchild Lisa, brother Jura and family, sister-in-law Marie-Therese and family. Her devotion to and support of her family, her wisdom and gentle guidance, her love of beauty in art, literature and music will always be remembered. The family would like to thank the staff at both the St. Demetrius Residence and at the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre for their excellent care and support as Maria's health declined. After cremation, a memorial service was held in the U.C.C.C. Chapel on April 15. Special thanks to Rt. Reverend John TATARYN and Reverend Andrij FIGOL for officiating. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre, 60 Richview Rd., Etobicoke, Ontario M9A 5E4.

Dear grandma to Eric and Ingrid, Scott and Trevor, Michael and Stephanie, Laura and Adam and great-grandma to Dana and Logan, sister to James "Jim" CARRUTHERS of Nanaimo, British Columbia and 2 nieces Starr and Rhonda from British Columbia. Stan farmed in the Howard Township, Ridgetown area for a number of years and had retired from I.C.I. as a maintenance pipefitter in 1993. Beloved husband of Lillian (RANKIN.) Loving father of Ed and Anne KUCHMY of Chatham and Janice and Gary PARADIS of Wallaceburg. Grandfather of Joshua, Justin, Rachael and Brittany. son of the late George and Pauline (SYDORCK) KUCHMY. Predeceased by brother Steve KUCHMY (1982) and daughter-in-law Liane (2001.) The family received relatives and Friends at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street (at Elgin), in Wallaceburg from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. Reginald BABBEY in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, February 14, 2005 at 11 o'clock. Memories of Stan were shared by Dennis FIGUEIREDO. The pallbearers were Gary PARADIS, Alipio FIGUEIREDO, Dennis FIGUEIREDO, Gregory RANKIN, Steve RANKIN and Scott RANKIN.
