also be missed by relatives in Holland. The family will receive
Friends and relatives at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas
Street East (at Wavell), London for visitation on Tuesday from
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on
Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at 11 a.m. Interment Forest Lawn
Memorial Gardens. Donations to the London Regional Cancer Centre
gratefully acknowledged by the family.
