Burial will be celebrated at 10: 00 a.m. Interment Holy Angels
Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers will be
recited at the funeral home Sunday at 4: 00 p.m. Remembrances
may be made to the London Regional Cancer Clinic.

Born in Malahide Township on the home farm on August
7, 1916. She was actively involved with John and Doug and their
dairy farm for many years. She so enjoyed her involvement with
the Imperial Order of the Daughters of the Empire and Women's
Institute. She was an honourary life member of North Yarmouth
Women's Institute, past District President of East Elgin Wisconsin,
and charter member of the Yarmouth Glen Women's Institute. She
sold real estate for 25 years and worked for John Luft's Appraisal
Office, retiring at 82 years of age. She was a member of Yarmouth
Centre United Church and past choir director and organist for
many years. Alma is resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin
Street, Saint Thomas where visitation will be held on December
23 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will
take place at Williams on Saturday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Don

of Darryl Wayne
CRUICKSHANK on Saturday, March 12, 2005 in his
58th year at the Ottawa Civic Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario. He was
the beloved son of Jean of Brantford and the late Gordon (February
7, 2003). He was the proud father of Corry and her husband Darrell
ERICKSON of Calgary. Darryl leaves his loving sisters Colleen

husband Jim of Guelph. His proudest moments were the births of
his grand_sons Davin and Joshua of Calgary. Darryl will be sadly

Passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 6, 2005, of cardiac
arrest at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto, Ontario. Göran was greatly
loved and will be greatly missed by his wife Helen, children
Eleanor, Marie-Louise, Christian, Patrik, Jonathon, Matthew,
his brother and sister-in-law Thorbjorn and Lisbet, step-father
Einar, as well as many Friends and relatives in Sweden and Canada.
A First Class Pilot for Air Canada for over 30 years, Göran was
brave and courageous throughout a long battle with a serious
back injury. Donations gratefully accepted for the Heart and
Stroke Foundation of Ontario. Friends may call at the R.S. Kane

PATTISON was born in McIntyre on April
20, 1922, the first daughter of John and Minnie
(BISHTON.)
She
had two brothers, Allister and George, and one sister Eileen
(Johnson), all predeceased. Winnie lived in the Flesherton area
and attended public school at Springhill and then Flesherton
high school (on the Macphail site). She worked as a helper at
Duncan's farm north of Corbetton, and in the original Munshaw
House in Flesherton. She married Jack
OLDFIELD in 1940, and they
were to share more than 50 years together until his death in
Winnie and Jack farmed on the Oldfield farm on Highway 10 near
Corbetton. They had four daughters: Pat, Marie, Margaret and
Janice. In 1969-70, the family moved to a new house on Victoria
Street in Dundalk. They became well-known business people in
the area, operating Shell Oil and a coal business until 1979.
In retirement, Winnie and Jack travelled extensively and did
comparisons on farming all over the world, South America, Cuba,
Australia, Scandinavia, and Great Britain, along with travels
throughout Canada and the United States.
Their daughter Marie married David
HENRY in 1978 and granddaughters
Cara and Blaire were born. Daughter Janice married Wayne
CROFT
in 1984 and gave Winnie and Jack a grand_son, Ryne. The grandchildren
spent many happy hours with their grandmother, sharing news from
their days at school.
Winnie enjoyed gardening at her home on Victoria Street as well
as time spent in the summer at the cottage at Lake Eugenia. She
was a part of the United Church Women for well over 50 years,
first in Corbetton and of late in Dundalk. She was active in
knitting and quilting groups and donated knit goods through community
groups each year. Winnie had many Friends in the seniors' circle,
and enjoyed the lunches and dinners. She will be greatly missed
by all who knew her.
After her passing on Friday, February 4, 2005, visitation and
funeral were held at McMillan and Jack Funeral home in Dundalk.

Bill and Muriel were married on November 3, 1951 in New Toronto
and they farmed on the family farm on Concession 12, Proton Township
in the home Bill built in 1951. They attended Bethel United Church
until it closed and then attended Dundalk United Church. Bill
was active in community events and was Past President of the
Dundalk District Agricultural Society where he had been awarded
a Service Diploma. He enjoyed playing cards, modern square dancing,
travelling, etc. In 1985 they retired to their new home he built
in Dundalk, and their home was open to many family gatherings.
Bill enjoyed tinkering and got great satisfaction from making
his float "The Old Farmer and Priscilla, Jed and Jake" for many
parades.
The funeral was held in the Dundalk United Church on March 14
with Reverend Janet
ERIKSEN officiating, assisted by Pastor Ann
GILLIES.
Mallory GILLIES (granddaughter) sang "Amazing Grace" and words
of Remembrances were given by niece, Islay

Ontario. She attended Winnipeg Bible College in her twenties
and later married and settled in Scarborough, Ontario, where
she raised her family, taught piano and provided bookkeeping
and accounting services to many different Toronto area businesses.
