(January 7, 1928-March 16, 2005)
Tony died as he wished, peacefully in his sleep, with Anne at
his side. Predeceased by sister Anna
EMRICH, brothers John, Jack
and Franz, and grand_son Michael. Devoted husband of 54 years
to Anne, Tony also leaves behind: children Anthony, Anne-Marie
and Robert; son-in-law Conrad; daughters-in-law Allyson and Beatrice
and grandchildren Mark, Christopher, Matthew, Morgan, Ashleigh
and Jonathan. After a long and successful career with Zellers
Ltd., Tony retired to a life of golf and avid volunteerism, donating
his time and skills to Guardian Angels Church and the St. Vincent
de Paul Society. He was also an active and valued member of the
Knights of Columbus. His and Anne's strong faith and active participation
were appreciated and acknowledged by being selected twice as
Family of the Year by the Knights of Columbus. He will be missed.

Care Staff at C.C.A.C., and especially neighbours Andrew and
Michelle, and all the Friends who helped make Tony's final weeks
comfortable. The family will receive relatives and Friends at
the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. North, Orillia from 2-4
and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at
the Church of the Guardian Angels on Saturday, March 19, 2005
at 11 o'clock. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial donations
to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by
the family. Parish Prayers will be said in the Parlour Friday
