The family announces with extreme sorrow his death, at the Geraldton
District Hospital, on November 2nd 2005, at the age of 71. His
family and Friends were his main priority and his grandchildren
were his pride and joy. He was a very active member of the community
and served on many organizations. Jack served as Deputy Chief
of the Geraldton Volunteer Fire Department and was in his 43rd
year. He was also a member of the Geraldton Knights of Columbus
for 47 years and was in his 8th year as Board Trustee of the
Superior North Catholic District School Board and prior to the
amalgamation he served on the Geraldton District Roman Catholic
Separate School Board for 31 years. Jack was recently inducted
as a Lifetime member of the Geraldton Minor Hockey Organization
and he also served on the Geraldton Recreation Committee He will
be sadly missed by his children John (Guylaine)

of Thunder Bay, as well as his nieces and many nephews. He was
predeceased by his wife Rosie in 2001, father Isadore in 1953,
his mother Georgina in 1987, his brother Joseph in 1971 and his
sister Bernadette in 1979. Friends will be received at Fawcett
Funeral Home on Friday November 4th from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. and Saturday
November 5th from 12 p.m.-1: 30 p.m. The funeral ceremony will
be held at St. Theresa's Catholic Church on Saturday November
5th at 2 p.m. with Father Roger
PRONOVOST officiating. The interment
will be held at Pinegrove Cemetery.

Born March 05, 1959 in Copenhagen, Denmark. She will be sadly
missed by her loving husband Guy; daughter, Ca Sandra as well
as Tudse and Morticia. Memorial services will take place on Wednesday,
February 16th, 2005 at 1: 00 p.m. at the Richmond Funeral Home
