Peacefully, with family by her side at her residence in Sauble Beach, Thursday morning, January 6th, 2005. Alice DUTHLER, of Sauble Beach, formerly of Edmonton, in her 64th year. Loving mother of Michael KLAPWYK and his wife, Lucinda, Anita and her husband, Derrick VANDENBERG and Robert KLAPWYK, all of Edmonton, Philip KLAPWYK and his wife, Dee, of Gibsons, British Columbia, Wayne KLAPWYK, of Cambridge and Monique and her husband, Steve VAN DOKKUMBURG, of Waterloo. Lovingly remembered by her eleven grandchildren, Jordan, Sarah, Marc, Marieke, Chelsea, Isabel, Jonathan, Quin, Duncan, Justin and Ilse. Dear daughter of Sara DUTHLER, of Southampton. Dear sister of Bill DUTHLER and his wife, Henny, of Sauble Beach, Sarie and her husband, Gordon YOUNG, of The Netherlands, Audrey and her husband, Hank BOER, of Jordan, Ontario, Gary DUTHLER and his wife, Drika, of Edmonton, Alberta and Jeannette and her husband, Ben VENDERLUGT, of Markham. Also survived by several nephews and nieces. Predeceased by two brothers, Josje and Basje and her father, John DUTHLER. Friends may call at the Downs and son Funeral Home, Hepworth, Sunday, from 2: 00 to 4: 00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted from the First Christian Reformed Church, Owen Sound, Monday, at 12: 00 noon, with Reverend George HOLTHOF officiating. Passed away in the company of her loving family on May 21st, 2005. Mary Beth KAVANAGH- DOKSOZ, age 42 years. Devoted wife of Tuguy DOKSOZ; loving daughter of George and Margaret (COLE) KAVANAGH of Conception Harbour formerly of Scarborough, Ontario and St. John's; big sister to Dare and partner Lucy SHARMAN of Sydney, Australia, Amy and partner Lawrence PENNEY of Gander, Michaela and husband Stephen HAY of Huntsville, Ontario, Patrick and partner Tania GOECKE of Toronto, Ontario. Special aunt to Archie of Sydney, Australia, Chandra and Jacob of Gander and Lucas and Maggie Rose HAY of Huntsville, Ontario. Mary Beth was beloved by the Doksoz's family of Antakya, Turkey parents Memet and Medine, sisters Aysel, Dilek and Ege, and brothers Hamit, Orhan and Tuguy's children Birsen, Irem and Memet Ali. Doting Mistress to her cherished puppies Pasha and Lale. She was a brave and courageous woman, a compassionate caring nurse and a true friend to many around the world especially Marcia, Rennie, Chris, Erwin, Ruth, Ed, Michael, Valerie, Amanda, Lin, Sonya and so many more. She will be sadly missed by her many aunts, uncles and cousins especially cousin Fred KAVANAGH and Uncle Gerry COLE. Mary Beth was a graduate of St. Joseph's College Wellesley, Toronto and the School of Nursing at George Brown College, Toronto. Special thanks to Dr. K LAING, Dr. F. O'SHAY/SHEA and Dr. C. THOMAS and the nursing staff of 4NA Health Sciences Centre and the Staff of the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Mary Beth's life will take place in the coming days, date and time to be determined. Arrangements are entrusted to Caul's Funeral Home ( No flowers by request.
