At his residence in Allenford, on Sunday, June 26th, 2005. Frank KUNKEL of Allenford in his 60th year. Beloved husband and best friend for 32 years of Marilyn KUNKEL (née BALL) of Allenford. Dear father of Tina and her fiancée Gord McMURRAY of Wiarton, Trina and her friend Bill PANTINE of Whitehorse, Yukon, David and his partner Amy PEICHEFF of Port Elgin, Sandra and her husband Kalvin WEST, Steven and his wife Shelley, Ronald and his fiancée Cindy, and Cheryl, all of Huntsville. Dear brother of Ron and his wife Suzanne of Hanover, Hank and his wife Bonnie of Plattsville, Gary of Durham, Leonard and his wife Sussan of Mitchell and Marjorie and her friend Jerry DADD of Chesley. Also survived by his mother Jessie KUNKEL of Hanover and by his mother-in-law, Edith BALL and her partner Hugh WOODS of Tara. Loving poppa of Matthew, Michael, Katelyn and Brandon. Matteo will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him. The family is saddened to announce the death of Raymond DADE, on Friday, February 4, 2005, at the age of 83, surrounded by his family. Raymond is predeceased by his wife Jean (née NICHOL,) and his daughter Darla. Raymond is survived by his son Rick, grandchildren Kelly Talaska, Karen, Julia, Erin, and Catherine WOODHAMS, great-grandchildren Danielle and Holly TALASKA, and Kevin Theodore. Flight Sgt. Raymond DADE Royal Canadian Air Force (149 Squadron R.A.F.) Burmastar. Married Jean on June 6, 1941. They raised two children Darla and Rick. "Buppa" to his entire family, and extended family, was an artist, entertainer, mentor who took great pride in his contribution to the city with his work. Founding member and president of The Association of Construction Superintendents and inspector with The New Home Warranty. Buppa spent his last 3 years at the Tony Stacey Centre for Veteran Care, where he will be greatly missed. Buppa has touched so many lives his spirit and wit remains with us all. On April 15, 2005 in her 83rd year at Toronto Grace Hospital. Born in Homs, Syria on December 14, 1922. Daughter of Hagop and Elmast DADIAN, Armenian refugees who had fled the genocide in Turkey. Sister of Calvin DADIAN (Diane) of Toronto, Harry DADIAN (Betty) of Centerville, Ohio. Predeceased by brother Robert DADIAN of Cincinatti, Ohio, and half-brother Shenork DADIAN (Ankine) of Naples, Florida. Aunt of Jim, Kathleen, Mary, Carol, Paul, Taline, Annie. Great-aunt. Employed as a secretary to the United Nations in Jerusalem, Mary immigrated to Canada in 1960 where she was employed by engineering firms. She was an active member of Knox Presbyterian Church, serving faithfully until shortly before her death. Visitation to take place on Monday, April 18, 2005 from 2-4 p.m at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. W. (2 stoplights west of YongeSt.). Funeral service to be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at 11 a.m. at Knox Presbyterian Church, 630 Spadina Avenue (just south of Harbord St.). Reception to follow. Beloved wife for over 53 years to the late David DADSON (2000.) Dear sister of James “Jim” DAVIS and his wife Doris of Corunna and the late George DAVIS. Also lovingly remembered by in-laws, Eleanor DAVIS of R.R.#1, Wilkesport, Betty JONES, and Murray and Florence DADSON, all of Saint Thomas as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Born in Sombra Twp., Ontario, July 22, 1917, daughter of the late Gordon and Ida (ARMSTRONG) DAVIS. Violet was a charter member of Faith Baptist Church, Saint Thomas where she sang in the choir and was an organist for many years. She also attended Eastwood Fellowship Baptist Church.
