Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital, surrounded
by loved ones; wife of the late Dr. W.E. (Chris)
CRYSLER and
survived by her loving family, sons Roger and his wife Walli,
their daughters Susan (Matt), and Sarah (Jean-Paul); Paul and
his wife Helen and their daughters Alison (River), and Kathrynn
Keith and his wife Lesley and their daughter Julie and son John
(Niki;) and Greig. Jean is the sister of Louise

and the late Mary

She graduated with a B.Sc.
in Nursing at the University of Western Ontario and the Royal
Victoria Hospital (Montreal). Long time volunteer of the V.O.N.
and Women's Committee of the Brantford Symphony Orchestra, she
was the recipient of the 2003 Ontario Volunteer Service Award.
She was also a member of the University Women's Club and Grace
Anglican Church. Her favourite place in the world was Bruce Beach
on Lake Huron and she loved her backyard garden. She was an avid
reader who always kept abreast of current affairs. Friends will
be received at the Beckett - Glaves Funeral Centre, 88 Brant
Avenue, Brantford 519-752-4331 on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and
Wednesday from 1 to 3 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the
chapel on Wednesday at 3 p.m. A private family interment will
take place at a later date at Kincardine Cemetery. Jean would
welcome flowers or donations to the Brantford Symphony Orchestra
in her memory. 'Devoted mother and grandmother, avid reader,
enthusiastic music lover and dedicated volunteer. She will be

On the morning of May 24th, 2005 passed on from this beautiful
world to join his belated and beloved wife Cecylia who had peacefully
passed on May 25th, 1998. Beloved father of Alexander, Kristine
and her husband Tom. Wladyslaw was cherished by his dearest sister
Josephine and brother Joseph along with all the dear relatives
in Poland. Lovingly remembered by nieces and nephews in Canada,
including Diana, Georges, Tom, Kandyd, Ursula, Eddy, Mark and
Marisha. Wladyslaw was born in Krakow, Poland on May 25, 1921
and survived 5 years of the prison labour camps of World War
Two. Arriving in Canada in 1949 was a blessing he cherished every
day of his life. Our sincere gratitude to the dedicated and compassionate
doctors and nurses of the Cardiac Intensive Care Units at Sunnybrook
& Women's College Hospital. Special thanks to Dr. E.
