Suddenly on Saturday, August 20, 2005 John CLYBURN of Tillsonburg formerly of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia age 46 years. Beloved husband and best friend of 21 years to his wife Erica CLYBURN (née POKORNY.) Dear father of Jessica, Chelsey and Robert all at home. Beloved son of Ann "Nan" CLYBURN of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia; son-in-law of Martin and Kathy POKORNY of Straffordville, and grand_son of Eva POKORNY of Aylmer. Dear brother of Bruce (Anna) CLYBURN Sandy (Patricia) CLYBURN all of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Brother-in-law to Monica METCALF of Saint Thomas. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. John was a teacher with the Thames Valley School Board for the past two years and was a Chemical Engineer for the past 18 years. The family will receive Friends and family at the Ostrander's Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (842-5221) on Thursday, August 25, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service for John will be held in Ostrander's Funeral Home Chapel, on Friday, August 26, 2005 at 11 a.m., Reverend Father Matthew GEORGE of Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Tillsonburg officiating. Passed away peacefully at the Wellington Terrace in Elora, on November 18, 2005 in her 84th year. Julia will be fondly remembered by her children Diane CLYDE (Sandy,) Barbara ROBERTSON (Wayne,) Marilyn (Larry NOSS), Tom SMITH (Wanda), Tony SMITH (friend Laurie), Ellen MacKENZIE (Scott) and Jim SMITH (friend Carolyn.) Sadly missed by her 10 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Also remembered by her brothers and sisters, James DUNNE, Helen SEMMONS (Bill), John DUNNE (Arlie), Katharyn DUNNE (Bob) and Thomas DUNNE (friend Audrey.) Julia is predeceased by her husband James (1967,) her son Donald (1962,) her brother George DUNNE and her friend Carl FULLER. Friends were received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home and Chapel in Fergus, on Sunday, November 20. Mass of Christian Burial was conducted at Saint John's Roman Catholic Church in Arthur on Monday, November 21, 2005 at 10 a.m. with Father HINSPERGER officiating. Cherished father of Elizabeth DIVER, Margaret CLYDESDALE and Kevin BAKE. Dear father-in-law of Paul, Scott and Maria. Loved and missed by his grandchildren Brett, Gavin, Aaron, Meaghan and Lynn. Dear brother of Dorothy MOORE and brother-in-law of Mary HURST. Predeceased by grand daughter Kate. Visitation in the Lloyd R. He was born in Dawn Township son of the late Clinton and Mary (DAVIDSON) CHILDS. He was a member of the Dresden-Camden Volunteer Fire Dept. for 25 years. Surviving is his loving wife Mary (NEILSON) CHILDS; daughters: Linda and Ken MATHEWSON of R.R.#6 Dresden, Bonnie and John THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON of Kitchener; sons: Glen and Shirley CHILDS of R.R.#2 Tupperville, Allan and Tracey CHILDS of Dresden 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; sisters: Evelyn EVES of Alvinston, Helen and Gerald BABCOCK of Dresden, Marion and James SMITH of Cedar Springs; brothers Ernest and Mildred CHILDS of R.R.#2 Tupperville, Don and Bernieda CHILDS of Wallaceburg, Gordon and Frances CHILDS of Wallaceburg; sister-in-law Helen HESS of Wallaceburg. Mabel Elizabeth age 94 of R.R.#2 Tupperville passed away on Sunday June 12, 2005 at Albany Retirement Residence, Petrolia. She was born in Dawn Twp. daughter of the late Fred and Fannie NEILSON) JENNINGS. She was a member of Zion Free Methodist Church and the Womens Missionary Society. She taught Sunday School for many years. Her husband Neil DAWSON predeceased in 1997. Surviving are one daughter Elizabeth DAWSON; two sons Gordon and Neta DAWSON of Corunna, Glen and Ila DAWSON of Corunna; six grandchildren: Jodi (Joel), Jill (Dave), Davina (Mike), Deanna (Mark), Greg, Ossie; seven great grandchildren: Maxwell and Molly, Grace, Laura and Carolyn, Erin and Matthew; 3 sisters: Dorcas and Carman HARRIS, Marguerite and John SIGSWORTH, Helen HESS; sister-in-law Grace DAWSON. Dear father of Terry of Calgary, David of AbuDhabi, U.A.E., Philip and his wife Tracy of Lion's Bay, British Columbia, Jill of Ottawa. Loving grandfather of Garner David Marsh MILLWARD of Ottawa, Sawyer Allan MARSH of Lion's Bay, British Columbia. Remembered with love by his sisters and brother and his wife: Maude (Dan) MULLEN, Bill and Agnes MARSH, Grace (John) DUNCAN sisters-in-law Aleta and Madeline MARSH. Also survived by brothers and sisters-inlaw of the Clysdale family: Jim and Annie HOPE, Muriel Clysdale MARSH, Earle and Joanne CLYSDALE, Jackson and Hélène CLYSDALE, as well as many cherished nieces and nephews of the MARSH and Clysdale families. Evelyn Sarah TURNER, age 85, at University Hospital, London, Ontario, on Thursday, June 30, 2005. Predeceased by her husband Alfred Claud TURNER. Loving mother of Alan Claud TURNER and his wife Cathy, and Ronald TURNER. Loving grandmother of Bradford TURNER and Daphne TURNER. Also survived by sister Dr. Judith BRIGHAM and members of the CLYSDALE family, MILLS family, and TURNER family. Evelyn is now united with her parents the Rev. Fred Ernest CLYSDALE, and Florence K. MILLS. Evelyn TURNER was involved in Community service with many years in the employ of London Family and Children's Services, and supporter of the Ontario Association for Community Living. Private interment took place at Saint John's Cemetery, Arva, on Thursday, July 7th, 2005, with Archdeacon Jane HUMPHRIES, of St. Luke's Church offering the blessing.
