Jean. Muriel was born and raised near Thornbury and graduated
from Collingwood General and Marine Hospital as a Registered Nurse.
She held the positions of Assistant Director of Nursing at South
Lake Regional Hospital in Newmarket, Director of Nursing at Lady
Minto Hospital, Cochrane and Discharge Planning Nurse at St.
Joseph's Hospital in Peterborough. Muriel will be remembered
for her volunteer work with the Alzheimer Society, her many hours
of dedicated service at Northminster United Church, and many
other organizations. She was a 50 year member of the Order of
the Eastern Star, serving as Worthy Matron in Cochrane (1973).
Friends may call at the Comstock Funeral Home and Cremation Centre,
356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Tuesday, February 22nd from
7-9 p.m. Order of the Eastern Star No. 161 service at 6: 45 p.m.
on Tuesday. A memorial service will be held The Following Week
on Wednesday, March 2nd at 2: 00 p.m. at Northminster United Church,

University of Toronto in Mining Engineering and married Phyllis
Green of Flin Flon, Manitoba, in 1950. Jules and Phyllis lived
in mining camps across Canada and the U.S.A., with the last 35
years in Reno. Services will take place December 1st, the day
of Jules 82nd birthday. Service will be conducted by Fr. Durante
at Our Lady of Snows Church in Reno.

(at the corner of Church and John Streets, Acton) on Tuesday
at eleven o'clock. The interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.

Mac was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Navy Club, King
Hiram Masonic Lodge, Ingersoll as well as a proud member of Alcoholics
Anonymous for 48 years. Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes
Funeral Home, 246 Thames St. S., Ingersoll Friday 2-4 and 7-9
p.m. where service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2005
at 11: 00 a.m. Reverend Jim
