DECOOMAN, Guy
Mr. Guy DECOOMAN a resident of Wallaceburg passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2005 at London Health Science Centre in London at the age of 31. Guy recently graduated with honours from Fanshawe College for Automotive Service Technician. Guy was born in Wallaceburg and is a loving son of Mike DECOOMAN of Wallaceburg, Lynn and Richard BROWN of Port Lambton, Step-son of Lori DUTOT of Wallaceburg. Loving companion of Tammy HART and her daughter Courtney of Wallaceburg. Dear grand_son of Richard and Donna NANTAIS of Port Lambton, Evelyn and John CUMMINGS of London and the late Frank DECOOMAN. Kind brother and brother-in-law of Tracy and Paul MARCOLIN of Corunna, Rhonda BROWN and her friend Cole of Sarnia and Ashley DECOOMAN and her friend Matt of London. Uncle of Jenna MARCOLIN and Tyler MARCOLIN. He will always be remembered by Jeremy "Jerm" NANTAIS. A special friend to Zeus (the dog). Also survived by Tammy's parents Richard and Roberta AUTHIER, several aunts, uncles, cousins, family and Friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 from the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin Street in Wallaceburg from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Thursday, February 10, 2005 at 12 noon. Interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Port Lambton. Donations to the Port Lambton Athletic Association may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Guy DECOOMAN.

Peacefully at Watford Quality Care January 21, 2005 Minnie Evelyn (FELTZ) formerly of Leamington in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Theodore PHIPPS (1954,) Arthur AUTHIER and Gerald BURNER. Dear mother of Vivian JANSEN of R.R.#2 Forest, Lenore ROELENS, Delhi, Nelson PHIPPS, Wallacetown, Carol NORTON of Clifford, Vera Fysh Leamington, Arlene Bruner of California. Predeceased by James PHIPPS, Allan PHIPPS, Arnold PHIPPS and Sandra IRVINE, also surviving are many many grandchildren. Resting at the Ronn E. Dodge Funeral Home and Cremation Centre McFarlane Chapel, 9 James Street, South at Watt Forest Lambton Shores where funeral service will be conducted on Monday, January 24, at 1 p.m. Visitation commencing Monday at 12 noon until service. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park Leamington to follow on Tuesday. Donations to Alzheimer or Canadian Cancer Society appreciated (Cheque's only received at Funeral Home). A memorial tree will be planted in memory of "Minnie" by the Dodge family.

Tony died suddenly with his wife Lorrie (née GAUTHIER) by his side on May 20, 2005. Adored father of Nicole (James) and Ashleigh, he will be dearly missed by his mother Jean, sister Jane FALLIS (Andrew,) nephews Chris and Simon FALLIS (Amy,) mother-in-law Betty GAUTHIER, sister-in-law Sandra GAUTHIER- NEIL (Don) and the numerous Friends, colleagues, and patients whose lives he also enriched. Tony died suddenly on May 20, 2005 with his loving wife of 33 years, Lorrie (GAUTHIER,) by his side. Tony was 57. Adored father of Nicole (James) and Ashleigh, he was predeceased by his father Bill and father-in-law Bob and will be dearly missed by his mother Jean (Cherub,) sister Jane FALLIS (Andrew,) nephews Chris and Simon (Amy,) mother-in-law Betty GAUTHIER, sister-in-law Sandra GAUTHIER- NEIL (Don) and the numerous Friends, colleagues, and patients whose lives he also enriched.
Born in Mexborough, South Yorkshire, England, Tony immigrated to Canada in 1972 after receiving his medical degree from St. Catherine's College, Oxford.
Tony will be remembered as a devoted husband and father. Tony's greatest pleasures in life include time spent with his family, golfing, travelling, following Sheffield United football scores, and gardening, a hobby shared with his father Bill. During almost 30 years of his medical practise in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Victoria, British Columbia, and U.A.E., he earned admiration and respect through his kindness, his skills, and his dedication to his patients.

Passed away peacefully at his home in Barrie on Sunday, October 16th, 2005. Matt MULLEN in his 74th year. Beloved husband of the late Peggy MULLEN. Loving father of Judith MULLEN and her husband Robert BINNS, Susan TAMES and her husband Byron, Daniel MULLEN, Pauline MOON and her husband Kelly, Shaun MULLEN and his wife Lynn. Dear grandfather of Jason GARCIA, Kristen and Byron TAMES, Katie and Megan MULLEN, Taylor and Rachel MULLEN. Survived by his brother John MULLEN and sisters Mary SMITH, Ann SAMPSON/SAMSON, Pauline MILLS and Kathleen AUTY. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews, all of England.
