HENDERSON, Dorothy Jean (née THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON)
Dorothy Jean HENDERSON, after a lengthy illness, passed away on March 6, 2005, at Saint Marys Memorial Hospital at the age of 73. Daughter of the late Herbert W. THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON and Elsie ARRAND. Beloved wife for 54 years of Harold HENDERSON. Cherished mother of Ron and Janet HENDERSON, Sharon HENDERSON, Donna GILL and friend Gerald FRANCIS and former son-in-law Ron GILL. Dear grandmother of Darrell HENDERSON, Beth GILCHRIST and Haley, Lori HENDERSON and Carl WINCHESTER, Brad HENDERSON and friend Mallory FRASER, Kelli-Ann GILL and Mike BURAGINA, Trevor, Chad and Shannon GILL. Beloved sister of Marion RUTLEDGE and Gladys O'NEIL. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Family and Friends will be received at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. South, Saint Marys (519-284-2820) on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 1-2: 30 at which time the service will be conducted at the funeral home. Spring interment in North Nissouri Cemetery. Donations may be made to Saint Marys Memorial Hospital or The Dialysis Unit at Stratford General Hospital.

Dearly missed by her brother Matthew and her sisters Julieta, Virginia and Estrella. Predeceased by her mother Rosalina (May 13, 2005). Dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Peacefully at Central Place in Owen Sound, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph ARRIGO. Loving mother of Sal (Joy,) Lynda FARLINGER (Peter.) Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Danny (Peggy,) Joadi Page, Joe (Lisa,) Angela, Christopher FARLINGER and Kim FARLINGER. Sadly missed by her great-grandchildren, Michael and Matthew. Loving sister of Peter PONZO and his wife Heidi and Joe PONZO. Joanne was the "Sunshine Girl" for the C.I.B.P.A. Ladies Auxiliary for over fifty years. She loved helping other people - always with a smile on her face. The family will receive Friends on Wednesday, June 15th, from 2: 00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9: 00 p.m. at Murray E. Newbigging Funeral Home, 733 Mt. Pleasant Road, Toronto (South of Eglinton). Funeral Mass will be held on Blessed Sacrament Church, (Yonge Street, 1 Block South of Lawrence), on Thursday, June 16th, at 10: 30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated.

LIOTTA, Josephine Teresa
Beloved daughter of the late Josephine (née CUTRARA) and Dick LIOTTA. Passed from this life to God's eternal light at age 68, on Thursday, August 25, 2005. Josephine is the dearly loved sister of Virginia STEVENS, Ignatia ARRIGO, John and Sal LIOTTA and the late Mary GRIESI. She is the dearest aunt to many nieces, grand-nieces, nephews and grand-nephews. A special thanks is extended to her niece Rose REEVE for the loving care and companionship she shared with Josephine. Her second family and many Friends at the Meta Centre, where she spent many happy years in her later life, will sorely miss Josephine, her dedication, good humour and song. Josephine is resting at R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 28, 2005, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass to Celebrate Josephine's life will be said at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 29, 2005 at St. Wilfrid's Roman Catholic Church (on Finch Avenue West, east of Jane Street). Interment will follow next to her dearly loved parents at Assumption Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Meta Centre (401 Champagne Drive, Toronto, Ontario M3J 2C6) in Josephine's name would be most appreciated, so as to enable them to carry on their great work for very special people like Josephine.

CULLIFORD, Frank Charles
Born in Glastonbury, England, passed away peacefully at his home in Kitchener on Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of Dorothy Kuntz KIEFFER. Loving father of Christopher (Leda) of Sudbury, Wendy GRELIK (Wally) of Kitchener, Stephen (Samantha) of Burlington, and Patricia NOLAN of Kitchener. Grandfather of Jonathon, Matthew and Jenny GRELIK. Stepfather of John KIEFFER and Mary Jo MAKARCHUK of Toronto, Dan (Stephanie) KIEFFER of Edmonton, and James (Tina) KIEFFER of Saint John, New Brunswick. Step-grandfather of Elise, Megan, Joceylen, Samantha and Madison. Son-in-law of Rosina KUNTZ of Formosa. Frank is survived by 1 brother Norman (Zeeta) and sisters Ivy BURGESS, Joan Davis (Jeff,) and Vivian Kenrick (Ken) in England, and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law in Ontario. Predeceased by his first wife, June (née ARROWSMITH) and sister Vera BIRCH. Frank served in the Second World War as a Radio-telegrapher/Tail Gunner with the Fleet Air Arm of the Royal Navy. After the war, he followed the family tradition of employment within the shoe and leather industry. He immigrated to Canada in 1957 and joined Clarke's Shoes of Canada, and several years later began a multi-year career in retail. In recent years, he and his first wife June operated the Helen Anne Shop in Waterloo. Frank attended St. Georges Anglican Church, Kitchener. Frank's family will receive relatives and Friends on Friday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener (749-8467). Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2005 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment Woodland Cemetery followed by a reception at the funeral home. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the June and Frank Culliford Bursary, School of Theology, Thorneloe University, Sudbury or Saint John's Soup Kitchener would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
