Amy, formerly Amy REDFORD, age 101 of Chatham, formerly of Dresden passed away Saturday, January 15, 2005 at Copper Terrace, Chatham. She was born in Derbyshire, England, daughter of the late William James and Rose Amelia (HORSEPOOL) MARTIN. She lived in Mimico, Ontario for many years. Surviving are one daughter Pat HIGHGATE of Dresden; three sons: Douglas and Iris REDFORD of Ottawa, Ralph and Donna REDFORD of St. Albert and Lionel and Pat REDFORD of Oakville; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild. She is predeceased by her first husband Douglas Bernard REDFORD (1974,) her second husband Howard William FRENCH (1989,) son Rex REDFORD, two sisters Mary NAYLOR and Rose HOLROYD, brother Frank MARTIN and grand_son Les REDFORD. Cremation at Resurrection Crematorium, Sarnia. Visitors will be received at the Thomas L. DeBurger Funeral Home, 620 Cross Street, Dresden on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 12: 30 until service time at 1:30 p.m. The memorial service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at 1: 30 p.m. with Reverend Michelle Collins WONGKEE officiating. Interment of cremated remains in Trinity Anglican Church Cemetery, Streetsville at a later date.

WISMER, Mary " Isabel" (née FAUX)
Mary 'Isabel' age 90 of Dresden passed away Friday, April 29, 2005 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Public General Campus. She was born in Peterborough County daughter of the late Willis and Mary (ELMHIRST) FAUX. Isabel was a former member of the Catherine McVean Chapter of the Imperial Order of the Daughters of the Empire and A.C.W. of Christ Anglican Church, Dresden. Surviving are two daughters Maryam and Ray JONES of Edmonton and Fran and Fred MARTIN of Dresden; two sons Harry and Sherry WISMER of Port Stanley and Arthur and Sharon Wismer of Thamesville; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband Francis 'Lloyd' WISMER in 1967 and brother Roy FAUX. Friends will be receive at the Thomas L. DeBurger Funeral Home, 620 Cross Street Dresden on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, May 2, 2005 at 11 a.m. with Reverend Michelle COLLINS- WONGKEE officiating. Interment in Dresden Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made by cheque to Dresden Library or Christ Anglican Church.

A resident of R.R.#2 Muirkirk, Olive FOWLER died on Monday, September 26, 2005 at the Four Counties Health Services, Newbury at the age of 91. Born in Brigden, daughter of the late Edward and Lydia (NEWCOMBE) FOWLER. Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) FOWLER (1989.) Loving mother of Walter FOWLER of R.R.#2 Muirkirk and the late Marlene and Robert William FOWLER. Olive was a longtime member of Church of the Redeemer (Anglican), Highgate including the A.C.W., and the Rebekah Lodge.
