It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our beloved mother.
She passed away suddenly in her home, at the age of 86, in the
company of her daughters, on December the 6th, 2005. She was
predeceased by her husband Dr. Andrew
WOLOSZCZUK and survived
by her five children, Andrea, Barbara, Michael, Stephan, and
Yvonne, as well as by her six grandchildren, Steven, Kristofer,
Christina, Julia, Sophia, and Stephanie. She will by greatly
missed by all. Burial has taken place in Prospect Cemetery. Donations,
if desired, to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Arthritis

in her 66th year, with her family by her side. MaryLou was devoted
to her husband Paul of 44 years, and her children Monica (Brad
McCARTNEY), Paul (Maria), Michael (Dawn), Eric and Robert (Shawnalee).
Proud and loving Oma to sixteen grandchildren. She will also
be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters-in-law Hans (Christl),
Otto (Brigitte), Bernhard (Janet), and all of the nieces and
nephews who have many fond memories of summers at the farm. Also,
sadly missed by many Friends and relatives in Germany and Florida.

Lawyer, politician and magistrate born at Kingston, Ontario,
on March 13, 1850. The
son of Sir John A.
MacDONALD, he studied
law at the University of Toronto. He practised for a time in
Ontario and served in the militia, reaching the Red River with
the WOLSELEY expedition of 1870. In 1882, he moved to Winnipeg
and set up a law partnership there with the
son of Sir Charles
TUPPER. In 1891, he entered politics, won a federal seat and
was sworn in beside his father, then prime minister, to the applause
of the House of Commons. In 1897, he was persuaded to take over
the leadership of the Conservative party in Manitoba and became
premier two years later. In 1900, after introducing prohibition,
he returned to federal politics to run against Clifford
SIFTON
and lost. He returned to his law practise until appointed to
the bench.

Roz was a lifelong resident of St. Catharines,
a graduate of the St. Catharines Collegiate, as well as a dedicated
employee of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce for many years
until her retirement, and a parishioner of St. George's Anglican
Church. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
All who knew Roz are invited to attend her interment of cremated
remains at Saint John's Cemetery in Port Dalhousie on Wednesday,
April 13th at 2 p.m. Her love of animals has inspired her family
to request donations to the Lincoln County Humane Society. Arrangements
