at Saint John's York Mills Anglican Church, 19 Don Ridge Drive,

Bill worked at the Sydney Steel Plant in the Bar and Rod Mill
from 1937-1983, when he retired. He was a Veteran of the Second
World War and served overseas from 1941-1946. He spent countless
hours on the soccer field and at gymnastics events cheering for
his grandchildren and will be missed terribly. He was devoted
to his wife and family. His family invite you to celebrate Bill's
life at a memorial celebration and mass at Holy Redeemer Church,
Sydney, Nova Scotia on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at 11 a.m.

Francis was born and raised
on the family farm in Sombra Township. As a young man he attended
Sarnia Business College. Later Francis operated the family farm
and his own electrical business. He was active in the community
through Bradshaw and Brigden United Churches, Moore Agricultural
Society and was a 60 year member of Brigden Leopold Lodge #397.
Dearly loved, and fondly remembered sitting at the head of the
table to say "The Blessing". Friends will be received at Steadman
Brothers Funeral Home, Brigden, on Monday August 29, 2005 from
2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Brigden Leopold Lodge #397 will conduct a memorial
service on Monday evening at 6: 45 p.m. from the Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, August 30th at
1 p.m. with Reverend Jacquie
BURNIE officiating. Interment Black

Composite School, Dresden in 1983 with 25 years of "Feeding the
Troops" of adolescence, the creator of the unforgettable "Gretta
Burger". She was a Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary, Br.
#113 Dresden Legion from 1983-1985, and a member of St. Andrew's
Presbyterian Church, Dresden. Beloved wife of the late Lorne
