Predeceased by Otto, her husband of 39 years and her long time family friend and companion Henry VOLLMER. Loving mother of Otto and Fred, mother-in-law of May and Kathy; grandmother of Sharon (Matt), Heidi (John), Mark, Michelle and Matthew. Great-grandmother of Sarah (Tom), Sean, Chloe, Jonathan and James. During her almost 97 years Hermine enjoyed her family and the companionship of many Friends who will miss her greatly. Dear sister of Margaret DIETRICH, Rita MOTTRAM and husband George and Joe KELLY. Also survived by Jack D. DOUGLAS/DOUGLASS and many nieces and nephews. Has gone to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on March 16, 2005 at the age of 93, following a brief illness. Loving father of Sharon and son-in-law Harry (TOMSETT.) Predeceased by wife Hannah (Anne) 1993, and sister Dorothy (CORBETT/ POUPART) 1979 and parents Metro and Elizabeth. Luke is survived by sisters Anne (TAILOR/TAYLOR) and Florence (POTOMSKI,) twin brothers Mike (Annette) and Nick (Rena), and William (Vicki) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. At Luke's request, the service will be private followed by cremation. The family is grateful to Dr. McINTOSH and the kind and loving nurses, staff and residents of Hillsdale Estates in Oshawa.
