Dear father of Susan SINGLETON and her husband Peter of Huntsville, Gail SWIFT and her husband Gerry of London, and Bruce REDDICK and his wife Sandy of London. Also loved by his 7 grandchildren: Kim, Krista, Lexi, Nicole, Andrew, Hillary and Megan. Bruce was a long time member of Sunningdale Golf and Country Club. He was a devoted husband and friend to Lois. Dad will be remembered as a great father, grandfather and dear friend to all who knew him. Hazel Grace (RICHARDSON) THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON, in her 99th year, was the beloved wife of the late Lindsay DUFFIELD (1939.) She was the dear mother of Audrey (Leonard SINGLETON) of Sarnia and Dolores (Robert HENDERSON) of Mississauga. Survived by her two grandchildren, Susan and Greg and by three great-grandchildren. Hazel was the dear sister of the late Ethel, Emma, Elizabeth, Agnes, Marjorie, William, Herbert and Stanley. Suzanne was the loving mother of Sandra McCULLOCH and Stephen McCULLOCH and his wife Jill. Devoted and affectionate grandmother to Madison, Luke and Bryn McCULLOCH and Connor and Teagon SINGLETON, who will have so many great memories of the funthey had together. Sue will be sorely missed by her sister Nancy ANDERSON and her husband Ken. Loving aunt to David and his wife Jenny and their children Madeleine and Heather, Julie and Brian PEPLOW and their children Kevin and Travis. Predeceased by her husband Evan "Bud" MUIR and survived by her former husband and friend Bill McCULLOCH. We are sad to announce the passing of Margaret Cecilia POWELL (née SINNETT) in her 83rd year at the Houses of Providence in Toronto, on December 24, 2005. Born in Gaspe, Quebec and a long time resident of Kingston, Ontario, Margaret was predeceased by her loving husband Frank William (Bill), in 1984. They met in Gaspe during the Second World War and after their wedding in 1945, spent some twenty years raising their young family on armed forces bases across Canada and making many wonderful Friends along the way. Margaret spent her last five years in Toronto close to her grateful family, including daughter Judy, and son in law Michael, and granddaughters Hilary and Natalie; also daughter Susan, and son in law Rodney, and granddaughters Kristin and Lauren. She will also be sadly missed by son Brian, and daughter in law Myra, and granddaughters Erin and Laura Lee of Saskatoon. Also left behind are son Richard and his family. Predeceased by her brothers Albert and Lewis, Margaret is also lovingly remembered by her sister Mary Bond, and many nieces and nephews. A wonderful mother and special friend and favourite aunt to many, we celebrate her life and always remember her generous and fun-loving spirit.
