Peacefully at Gate way Haven, Wiarton on Monday, November 21st, 2005. Al HARRIS of Chesley Lake and formerly of Burlington at the age of 80. Al served with the British Royal Engineers Regimental Corps from 1939-1950. He emigrated to Canada in 1953. He then worked for Jaguar Motor Company for many years. Best friend and loving husband of Phyllis. Dear father of Donna HARRIS of Chesley Lake and Stephen (Jacqueline) HARRIS of Hamilton. Beloved grandfather of Dane and Jordan. Brother-in-law of Thelma SCARF, Clarice PRICE and Dick LIGHTHEART, all of Chesley Lake and Mildred LIGHTHEART of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. He will be sadly missed by his special cousins in England and also many nieces and nephews in Canada. Cremation has taken place. Laura Autumn PRICE a resident of Wallaceburg who loved sports, especially volleyball and running, was the Prime Minister of the W.D.S.S. Student Council, a serious student with Honours who had many goals, and who worked as a student dietary aid at Fairfield Park, passed away suddenly in her sleep on Saturday, April 30, 2005 at the age of 16. Autumn is the beloved daughter of Pat and Sherry (TULLOCH) PRICE. She is the loving sister of Don and granddaughter of the late Norma and Ron TULLOCH and Don & Ella PRICE. Dear niece of Ken and Tracy TULLOCH of Corunna and Don PRICE of Kalona, British Columbia and great niece of Norman & Lois TULLOCH, Ivan TULLOCH and Molly and Ron O'BRIEN. In loving memory of Emily (Kay) Kathleen MISNER, May 25, 1920 - December 30 - 2004.
Kay MISNER, a resident of Sault Ste. Marie and formerly of Tehkummah Township, died at the Sudbury Regional Hospital, Memorial Site on Friday, December 30, 2004 at the age of 84 years.
She was born in England, daughter of the late Frank and Edith (LOVEJOY) PRICE. Kay was a member of Saint John's Anglican Church in South Baymouth and had a number of other interests. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the Air Force, the Senior's Triangle Club in Tehkummah, was an avid gardener and also enjoyed knitting. Kay was predeceased by her beloved husband Leslie Charles MISNER in 1999. Loving and loved mother of Sharran BUTLAND and husband Stephen, David MISNER and wife Sandy, Mary-Ann McCAULEY and husband Gary, Susan CORMIER and husband Roger, Colin MISNER and Kathleen HILL and husband Terry all of Sault Ste. Marie. Proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Dear sister of Lily of England. Predeceased by brother James and sister Alice. Patricia was born in Dublin, Ireland on March 15, 1917, the daughter of the late Patrick John and Isabel (KELLY) PRICE. She▼ lived in Pointe Clare, Quebec, then Saint Thomas from 1968 to 1999 and then London. Patricia worked a number of years for Food Services at the Saint Thomas Psychiatric Hospital. She was a devoted member of Holy Angels' Church and a member of the C.W.L. over 25 years. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas until Thursday morning and then to Holy Angels' Church for Mass of the Christian Burial at 10: 00 a.m. Interment will take place on Saturday in St. Rose DeLima Cemetery, Cowansville, Quebec. Mr. Howard MURCH, age 79, of 115 Greenwood Drive Stratford passed away suddenly at the Stratford General Hospital on Monday, June 13, 2005. He was born in Toronto, son of A. Lloyd MURCH and the former Winnifred E. HARRIS, both who predeceased him in 1985. He was a member of the Canadian Army during World War 2 and then was employed at Canadian National Railway as a machinist and later at Cooper Energy Services, retiring in 1991. He was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church and the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 8 Stratford. Howard was and avid sportsman.
Beloved husband of Irene Dorothy LALONDE who predeceased him on January, 13th, 2003. Loving father of Linda LOGHRIN and husband Alex, Judy MURCH (deceased,) Larry MURCH and Fiance Bonnie MURRAY and Cindy MURCH. She▲ lived in Pointe Clare, Quebec, then Saint Thomas from 1968 to 1999 and then London. Patricia worked a number of years for Food Services at the Saint Thomas Psychiatric Hospital. She was a devoted member of Holy Angels' Church and a member of the C.W.L. over 25 years. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas until Thursday morning and then to Holy Angels' Church for Mass of the Christian Burial at 10: 00 a.m. Interment will take place on Saturday in St. Rose DeLima Cemetery, Cowansville, Quebec. He was an avid golfer, curler, bridge player and enjoyed many years of cottage life with family and Friends. Stan was loved by his grandchildren Jennifer BEECHEY- PRICE and her husband Dean, Dana VAN HERTEN and her husband Greg, Stacey BROADBENT and Matthew BROADBENT. Great Grandchildren Liam PRICE and Jackson VAN HERTEN. Stan loved his brother Ray BROADBENT and sister-in-law Shirley and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Don and Isabel TAILOR/TAYLOR. He will always be in the hearts of his nieces and nephews who loved having an "Uncle Stan". Stan was born in Saint Thomas on July 13th, 1927. He was the son of Albert and Nancy BROADBENT. He lived in Saint Thomas for most of his life. He left Saint Thomas to live in Pictou, Nova Scotia for 5 years where he worked in the shipyards building Corvettes for the navy. Pictou was always his second home. He returned many times. He owned Broadbent Heating Service. He loved his job and enjoyed being the man that brought warmth to families on cold wintry nights when their furnaces had broken down. Stan loved his family, town, trains, Pinafore Park, taking long drives with Kay, picnics, cars, sitting on his front porch and his grand-dogs. Stan loved to get together with his long-time Friends in the morning for coffee. His family would like to thank them for their care and support to both Kay and Stan. He was brave during his illness and still was able to smile and enjoy the company of his wife, family and Friends. Pat was the loving mother and mother-in-law of John and Pat with whom she made her home, Ruth and Larry BLACKMORE, Tom and Charlene. She was the much loved grandmother of Lisa and Stephen FRYER, Mark▼ BLACKMORE, Kelly and Joe CORDEIRO, Scotty BLACKMORE, Hayley▼ and Iris FRYER and the great grandmother of Nickolas and Jacob CORDEIRO. She▼ also leaves her wonderful niece Elizabeth HAMILTON, who was such a great friend and help to her for many years, and her adored cat Posey.
Pat was a rug hooker extraordinaire, and loved to do crosswords, and passed that love on to some of her children and grandchildren. She was an adventurous woman who finally realized her wish to para-sail at the age of 79 in the Dominican Republic when on vacation with Pat and John. She will be sorely missed by all her Friends and relatives.

HIRD and Ada MacDONNELL and wife of the late Albert George PRICE. Mother of Dr. Sydney PRICE- SPARLING (Dr. Jim), Karen CHAPPLE (the late Clem), and Dr. Stephen PRICE (Purnima). Grandmother of Karen, Mathew, Will, Sydney Maria, Elspeth, Julius and Alexandra. Greatgrandmother of Jack, Tessa, Abigail, Sarah, Ella, Carson, Aiden, and Wyatt. Beloved by extended family and Friends in Montreal, Toronto, Sweden, Wallaceburg and Victoria, as well as by her recent caregivers at St. Charles Manor. A graduate of University College, University of Toronto, with a B.A. (Hons. Food Science), she was 75 years ahead of her time in the importance of Nutrition in medicine and child development. She was head of the Dietetic and Food Services Department of the Lakeshore General Hospital, Pointe Claire, Québec, for many years. She enriched the lives of many with her deep compassion, aesthetic sensitivity and love of nature. Funeral service was held Sunday, February 20 at St. George the Martyr Church, Victoria, British Columbia, complete with piper and liturgy of Iona. Interment of her cremated remains will take place at a later date in the family plot at Riverside Cemetery, Wallaceburg, Ontario. Passed away on June 12, 2005 at U.B.C. Hospital - Purdy Pavillion in her 77th year, after a short illness. Christine is survived by her caring husband of 53 years, Mike, her children Ian (Lisbeth), Georgina (Mike), and Fiona (John), and her grandchildren Erik, Thomas, Robert and Ariel. She is also survived by members of the McLaren and Stevenson clans of Toronto and Peterborough, Ontario. Christine attended Bishop Strachan School, graduated from University of Toronto and studied Russian language and literature at U.B.C. She was an accomplished pianist; entertaining her family often. Her volunteer work included helping with early childhood literacy, delivering Meals on Wheels for over 25 years, and being involved with numerous community endeavours. She was an active member of the University Women's Club, the Vancouver Racquets Club, and Brock House. She thoroughly enjoyed the company of her bridge and book club companions. Christine was an avid reader and was happy to share stories around the dinner table, the dog park and with her numerous neighbourhood Friends. A number of those stories included very fond memories she had of her summers spent on Stoney Lake in Ontario. She will be sadly missed by family, Friends and a myriad of dog walkers whom she met since moving to Point Grey over 40 years ago. The family would especially like to thank her neighbours who were so helpful and generous during her illness. At her behest there will not be a funeral. All who knew her are welcome to a gathering in her home on Sunday June 19th, 2005 between 1 and 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Vancouver Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or the charity of your choice.

Vernon, and loving mother of Cheryl (Bob BEATTY); Eleanor; Grant (Linda PRICE); and, Alice (Michael MacMITCHELL.) Thoughtful grandmother of Chris BEATTY, Jennifer BEATTY, Owain BARKER and Clare BARKER; she provided them a lovely cottage for their early years. Growing up in Leaside, John graduated from University of Toronto (Engineering) and had a successful career with Canadian Pacific, retiring as a Vice-President with Canadian Pacific Trucks. He then pursued various business interests, which allowed him to express his entrepreneurial side. John had a unique sense of humour and an amazing ability to connect with people. We will all remember his playful disposition, his generosity, and his positive outlook on life. He loved travel, the cottage, cats, collecting wine, and anything social. Passed away at the age of 84. Born in Berlin, she served as a nurse there during the war and later worked with the U.S. Army of Occupation as an interpreter. Betty landed in Canada in 1954. In Toronto she worked for the accounting firm KPMG and for almost 40 years she was a volunteer for the Royal Ontario Museum. Betty leaves her loving husband Les, stepsons Michael and Brian and her loving niece Marian. Special thanks to Dr. Ruth BOTHERN and Maria and to the nursing staff at Sunnybrook and Women's Health Science Centre. The family will receive Friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Musician and composer born in Toronto on October 7, 1901.
Fascinated by bell-ringing from an early age, he attended a special school for carillonneurs in Mechelen, Belgium. In 1927, as Canada's first Dominion carillonneur, he was the first to play the carillon installed in the Peace Tower at the Parliament Buildings. In 1934, he debuted his St. Lawrence Symphony composition at the Toronto Prom concert and came to be in demand all over the world as an authority on campanology. In 1939, he accepted a teaching job at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he was also the school carillonneur.

Pat was the loving mother and mother-in-law of John and Pat with whom she made her home, Ruth and Larry BLACKMORE, Tom and Charlene. She▲ also leaves her wonderful niece Elizabeth HAMILTON, who was such a great friend and help to her for many years, and her adored cat Posey. Pat was a rug hooker extraordinaire, and loved to do crosswords, and passed that love on to some of her children and grandchildren. She was an adventurous woman who finally realized her wish to para-sail at the age of 79 in the Dominican Republic when on vacation with Pat and John. She will be sorely missed by all her Friends and relatives. Audrey peacefully departed this life at Ottawa Hospital - General Campus, surrounded by the love and support of her family. She was the great love, best friend and soul-mate of husband Bill for over 61 years. Lovingly remembered and missed by her children Helen (Dave McWHIRTER), Laura (Erich HABER), Fran (Gary PRIESTMAN), Bill (Lou-Ann) and Mary (Humberto LOISELLE.) Cherished grandmother of Scott, Stephen, Ian, Aaron (Kristin), Allison, Katherine, David, Ashley and Carey-Anne and great-grandmother to Ooma. She was predeceased by daughter Shirley and grandchildren Andy, Sarah and David. Audrey was born in Toronto as were her parents Francis PASSMORE and Helen KENNEDY. She leaves behind her dear sister Shirley STEWARD/STEWART/STUART and brothers Jim and Frank and sister-in-law, Hilda HUMENIUK. She is fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Audrey spent her life in Toronto until January 2000, when she and Bill moved to Ottawa where Laura and Erich, and Mary and Bert and their families were able to assist Dad in caring for Audrey in her declining health. She especially enjoyed the celebration of her 60th wedding anniversary last July that brought together so many family and Friends. Audrey became physically disabled which necessitated a move to Starwood-Extendicare shortly after the anniversary celebration. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff and care providers of Starwood who cared for Audrey with affection and respect and ensured her stay there was comfortable. Family will receive Friends on Friday, April 29, 2005 at the Pine Hills Cemetery (625 Birchmount Road, Toronto, Ontario) from 1: 30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service in the Chapel at 2: 30 p.m. Interment to follow. Returning to Canada, she acquired a B.A. from the University of Toronto and taught in Ontario. Looking for further challenges, she nurtured the career of Benny HINN, then took up a career as Office Manager for the medical practice of Dr. Carmen PRICE in Pickering. Passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2005, at the Toronto Grace Hospital, where she received the utmost care from the truly dedicated nursing staff who took care of her every need. Muriel leaves her husband Harry, a loving and constant companion for over 60 years. Muriel leaves her sister-in-law Betty CONTANT and nieces Susan and Lorna and nephew Alan, and her dear friend Zena ROWAN. Muriel was born in Toronto July 5, 1921, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred PRICE. Muriel was the only niece of Mr. and Mrs. W.A. PRICE of the Windsor Arms where she used to play with her Grandpa in the courtyard. After their wedding in 1944, Muriel and Harry moved to Buffalo, New York where they spent 26 happy years. They returned to Toronto in 1971. Together they built a home on Woodroffe Bay, Lake Joseph, Muskoka, which they enjoyed year round for thirty years. He then pursued various business interests, which allowed him to express his entrepreneurial side. John had a unique sense of humour and an amazing ability to connect with people. We will all remember his playful disposition, his generosity, and his positive outlook on life. He loved travel, the cottage, cats, collecting wine, and anything social. Died peacefully on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 with courage, strength, and grace. Jean's engaging smile and boundless warmth will be missed by her children Daphne (Stan) LOYKO of Tillsonburg Jennifer (Geoffrey) BROWN of Brampton; and David (Bonnie) PRICE of Maryhill. Predeceased by brothers Charles John, and Leonard Cress; husbands Edward John Montague SHILLABEER (1946,) and John BRYANT (1993.) Loved grandmother to Leslie and Kimberley JUNKIN John COATES, Sandra LOTHIAN, and Melanie and Christopher BRYANT. Great-grandmother to Kaleigh, Madison, and Mackenzie LOTHIAN. Survived by her husband Harold PRICE whom she married in 1998. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ruth on Tuesday, October 25, 2005, peacefully, after a short illness, at the age of 86. She will be greatly missed by her son Geoff, his wife Diana, and her grandchildren Lindsay (Craig), Pam, and Chris (Kim). She will be mourned by her sister Daphne, her nephews Mark (Grace), Scott (Carol), Shawn, and her niece Mary Lynn. Predeceased by her husband Russ, her father Frederick, her mother Isabella, and her brother Don. She will be fondly remembered by her family and Friends. A Memorial Service, with reception to follow, will be held at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre - Mississauga, 1535 South Gateway Road (Dixie Road, 2 lights south of Eglinton), 905-602-1580 on Monday, October 31, 2005 at 10: 30 a.m. Cremation. With sorrow, the family wishes to announce the sudden passing of Ada ISAACS at Orillia's Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, on November 10th, 2005. Ada is the beloved wife of Richard H. ISAACS, beloved mother of Monique PRICE and Nicole GOURLEY, sadly missed by sons-in-law Robert PRICE and Michael GOURLEY. Also much loved by mother Suzanne VAN BERGEIJK, sisters Elizabeth GOOD, Nelly KLEINJAN, Luciene ROGGENDORS and brother Ad VAN BERGEIJK. Predeceased by father Martinnes VAN BERGEIJK. Ada was a loving, passionate woman with a giving spirit who loved to laugh, cook and care for those close to her. She enjoyed living in Toronto, but most recently she loved her new country home on the Severn River where she enjoyed swimming, gardening, and spending time with her family and dogs. She had a true passion for life and her family. We ask God to bless her as she has blessed so many. Lynne left us suddenly but peacefully at home, on November 24th. Beloved wife and soulmate of Rob for 30 years, dearly loved daughter of Owen and the late Mair PRICE, step-daughter of Emily PRICE, niece of Eluned PRICE and daughter-in-law of Grizel and David MORRIS. She▲ will be deeply missed by her family, her many Friends, and colleagues at theToronto District School Board. As a Speech-Language Pathologist she made a huge difference to many young lives. As a friend, she was loved for her kindness and thoughtfulness. As a person, she was admired for her tenacity to get through the many challenges life posed for her.
