They were also instrumental in the development of the St. Vincent de Paul Camp, where Jack served as Camp Director for three years. Throughout their life together, they enjoyed traveling and visited many parts of Canada, the U.S. and the Caribbean. Peacefully at the Rouge Valley Health System, Ajax site, on Thursday, October 6, 2005, Therese BEDARD, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Roland Sr. Loving mother of Claudette MASTROIACOVO, Ninon KNOWLES, Lisette and her husband Ron RACICOT, Roland and his wife Rose Marie, Renald, and the late Roger. Mother-in-law of the late Salvatore and Ken. Grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Peacefully, on October 13th, 2005, in his 64th year, bravely fought and lost his battle with lung cancer. Beloved husband to Elsie of 30 years. Bob will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his children, Mary Lou (Ken CHRISTOPHER,) Roberta (Rick CANTONE), Robert (Cheryl), Barbara (Marcel PAQUETTE), John (DawnMarie McGOVERN), Jean (Gary DELAND), David ARMSTRONG, and his grandchildren Kenny, Jessica, Joey, Cody-James, Cassandra, Ericka, Kandi, Krystal, Kristopher, Tom, Ryan, Danielle, Angela, his seven great-grandchildren, and man's best friend "Harold." Survived by his brother Jimmy (Linda) and sister Margaret (Ray LEBLANC.) Family and Friends will be received at Glen Oaks Visitation and Reception Centre, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville (Dundas St. West, at Ninth Line), on Saturday, October 15th from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 17, 2005 at Merciful Redeemer Roman Catholic Church, 2775 Erin Centre Blvd., Mississauga, at 10 a.m. Cremation. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
