extended families. Bev's life was filled with academic pursuits,
with degrees from the University of Toronto, Cranfield (United
Kingdom), Carleton, M.I.T. and Sheridan College. He was an aeronautical
engineer who worked on many aircraft, including the A.V. Roe
'Arrow'. He took pleasure in his cottage, art, including painting
and glassblowing, and the reading of war history. His life long
passion was his wife Evie, and we take comfort in knowing that
they are together again. We would like to thank The Orchards
Retirement Residence, and the staff of the St. Catharines General
Hospital for their dedicated care. If desired, donations may
be made in Bev's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

EATON, It is with immense sadness, we announce
the passing of Mac
EATON on May 3, 2005 at the Moncton Hospital
after a courageous two year battle with cancer. It was with great
difficulty that Mac left his loving wife Janice and their daughter
Jordan Mackenzie (8). He will be sadly missed by his mother and
father Wayne and Marie
EATON of Debert, Nova Scotia, his "big
sis" Angela, her husband David
PAPPIN and their children Sam,
Jessie and Olivia of Glen Arbour, Nova Scotia, as well as his
relatives in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia.
Mac, an R.C.M.P. officer of 18 years who rose to the rank of
Staff Sergeant, had countless Friends and colleagues throughout
the country, having been posted in locations in Quebec, Northwest
Territories and New Brunswick. His brothers from "E.R.T.", who
never left his side, will always be a part of who Mac was. Mac
had an immeasurable love for his family, a great passion for
living and was always in pursuit of new challenges. Without a
doubt, Mac's favourite past time was golf, Friends and family
will never forget the times spent walking up the fairways for
a day on the links with him. Mac will be terribly missed by everyone
whose life he touched and his energetic smile and laugh will
be forever in our hearts.
There will be a celebration of Mac's life held at the Truro Golf
Club on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 from 2-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to a scholarship fund for Jordan. Contributions

died at Scarborough Grace Hospital. At her bedside were son Neil,

is survived by sister Marion

She was sister to the late
Doug PAPPLE.
Born in Brantford, Muriel met and married the late
George "Duke"
FORREST and settled in Toronto. Muriel and Duke
lived and worked in many parts of Canada and loved to travel.
After retirement, both were active at 36th Ulster Division and
Canadian Legion 345, enjoying close Friendships. Muriel was devoted
to Neil and Sheila, making a special place for their Friends
in her life. Ever young and convivial, Muriel will be deeply
missed by her sister Marion, niece Sharon, nephews Gary and Don,
sister-in-law Ethel, Jeanne
LISTER and many loving family members
and Friends. A Memorial Service in Toronto will be announced
for mid-December. Donations to Scarborough Grace Hospital and
the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
