It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Stanislawa KOCZOROWSKI, in her eighty-first year, on Monday, July 11th, 2005. Surrounded by loved ones, she succumbed to a brief illness at the Trillium Healthcare Facility in Mississauga, Ontario. The beloved wife of Janusz, and treasured mother to son Casimir (Evi) and five daughters: Janine (Joe SZYMCZAK,) Barbara (Wes PACIOREK), Beatrice (Barry ROCHE), Eve (John PEREIRA), and Isabelle; a sister to Henryk (nephew and niece), as well as a cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many. Stanislawa dedicated her years to her family with relentless devotion, strength, love and compassion. Her life was her family... and her family was her life. She will be sincerely missed by the fortunate individuals whose lives she touched. Died peacefully in her bed on Sunday 23 October with her family and Friends at her side. She was 74. She lived her final days with us like each that came before - with courage, strength and grace. Lorraine's engaging smile and boundless warmth will be dearly missed by her husband John Emerson CHAPMAN, sons Stephen John CHAPMAN and Christopher William CHAPMAN, sister Audrey CUTHBERT, her nephews and nieces, and many scores of her Friends, colleagues and neighbours. Lorraine's father Chester William PACK, her mother Lila May SAUNDERS and her sister Venita FORD predeceased her. Lorraine was a volunteer at the Royal Ottawa Hospital for over twenty years. In lieu of flowers, a donation to R.O.H. or the Canadian National Institute for the Blind would be appreciated. Mike will be forever loved and missed by his mother Margaretha, and his siblings Annie (Paul HAYWARD,) Denise (and friend Arnold PACZAY,) Jenny (Marty HAHN), Ed (Jenny VAN BOMMEL), Rick (Brenda VAN BOMMEL), and Nancy (Mark STUBBS.) He is fondly remembered by his mother-in-law Wilma (and the late Hector CRIGHTON,) and was a brother-in-law to Elaine (Greg KELLAM), Craig (Nicole CRIGHTON), and Stuart (Suzanne CRIGHTON).
