Peacefully in Toronto on Tuesday, January 11, 2005, at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband Soloman and her daughter Alice. Beloved grandmother of Walter CARR, Lloyd CARR and his wife Debora, David CARR and his wife Beverly, and Laura CARNEGIE and her husband Rob and many great-grandchildren. Trucker dies of crash injuries

The death toll from two pileups on Highway 401 near London Friday rose to three yesterday after a trucker badly hurt in one crash died.
William SCHULTZ, 50, from Michigan, was taken to a Woodstock hospital with critical injuries after his transport truck smashed into the back of a flatbed transport truck parked along the highway about 4 a.m. Friday.
He was later transferred to Victoria Hospital in London, where he died of his injuries.
SCHULTZ had been hauling a load of beer at the time of the crash. The impact sent beer, truck parts and wreckage flying across the highway.
The parked truck was an empty flatbed rig whose driver had pulled onto the shoulder for an equipment check, police said.
The collision occurred just west of the Highway 403 cutoff.
SCHULTZ's truck was ripped apart and his cab demolished.
All three west lanes of the 401 near Woodstock were shut down for six hours, causing a severe traffic jam that had cars backed up onto the 403.
Oxford Ontario Provincial Police were continuing to investigate the crash yesterday.
An unrelated collision just hours earlier on the 401 near Chatham left two teenage women dead.
About 2 a.m. Friday, Sarah MOULAND, 19, and Sara LEILI, 18, of Leamington were crushed and killed when an sport utility vehicle crashed into the back end of their car.
The force of the crash propelled the car forward, where it smashed into another stopped sport utility vehicle and crumpled, crushing both girls.
Edward ROBINSON, 32, of Brooklyn, New York is charged with two counts of criminal negligence and dangerous driving causing death.

He was a member and Past Master of Todmorden Lodge No. 647 Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons, Toronto, a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 62 and Strangway Seniors Centre, Sarnia. Bill was a keen lawn bowler in Campbellford and Sarnia. Born in Sydney, Nova Scotia on July 27, 1928, he was the son of the late Earl Thomas and Marjorie INGRAHAM) RUDDERHAM. He was the beloved husband of 53 years to his wife, Lorraine (MOULAND;) loving father to Allan of Waterloo and Gail (HOLLINGSHEAD) of Ottawa; dear brother to Marjorie LOUNDER of Ottawa; wonderful grandfather to Julia, Derek and Brett. He was predeceased by his brother William. Retired Dean of Business at Georgian College after 25 years as a respected College professor. He was a lifetime member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. His favourite pastime was golf. He greatly enjoyed his church community and his Parkinson Society Support Group. Died at her beloved home in London on Sunday, May 15, 2005. She was born in Mont Louis, Quebec on The Gaspe Coast. She was the daughter of the late Jane "Jen" Huntington GIRARD and John Douglas McCALLUM. Betty▲ leaves her sister Marian MOUNTAIN (Alan) and her brothers Douglas (Frances) and Evert (Vera). Betty was the proud aunt to 11 nieces and nephews and 16 grand nieces and nephews. She▲ was predeceased by her sister Phyllis MORIN (1964) and brother-in-law Larry MORIN, sister Shirley (1932) and brothers Lewis (1933) and Lowell (1934). Betty was also predeceased by her long time friend and nursing buddy Patricia Ann BINNS. She▲ cherished her "family of Friends". Those Friends will know who they are. Betty especially wished to mention the Friendship of Nancy BOL and her daughter Leslie BOL who was Betty's goddaughter. Friends may call on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the James A. Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond, London. The funeral service will be conducted at the Church of Saint John the Evangelist, 280 St. James St. at Wellington, London, on Wednesday, May 18 at 11: 00 a.m. by The Reverend Canon Donald R. FORD. Interment▲ at the St. Peter's Anglican Church Cemetery, Malbay, Quebec.

After a lengthy illness, Chris passed away at home with family by her side on August 24, 2005, at the age of 79. Loving mother at Denis, Yvonne, Stanley, Mike and Sandra and their spouses. Grandma of Colin, Christine, Jolene, Philip, David and John. Sister of Jean and Philla. Chris is also survived by her former common-law spouse of 27 years, Al GOODING. She will be greatly missed by best friend Sheila BRAAKSMA.
