of the Lord on December 9th 2005. She will be forever sadly missed

son Anthony with April, and Peggy's adored Grandson Jacob of
Barrie, Ontario. She will be greatly missed also by her many

SPENCER (1977.) A loving and devoted mother,
Blanche is survived by her children Karl, David (Loretta), Mel,
Pauline (Hughie), Gerry (Rita), Reg (Jacquie), and daughter-in-law
Nancy SPENCER. A loving and devoted grandmother, she will be
sadly missed by her 13 grandchildren: Cindy, Deana, Karl, Jennifer,
David, Ron, Alanna, Rhonda, Shane, Tamara, Cliff, Shawna, and
Matthew; as well as her seven great-grandchildren. Blanche is
predeceased by nine sisters and survived by one brother and three
sisters. Born December 2, 1917 in Mansfield Point, Newfoundland,
Blanche later moved to Corner Brook, Newfoundland where she met
and married Bill
SPENCER.
They started their family in Corner
Brook and then moved to Sydney, Nova Scotia, where they added
three more children to their family. In 1948 they moved to Toronto
and settled in; two more children completed their family. Blanche
devoted her entire life to her Christian faith and her family.
She will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters in Christ
at the Peel Pentecostal Church, 8832 The Gore Road, Brampton,

Scotland she then moved to Rothesay, Isle of Bute, as a hairdresser.
There she met the love of her life, Raymond (Love) and were married
for 58 years. The family settled in Toronto in 1954. Mourning

2005 at Lakeridge Hospital, Bowmanville, in her 88th year. Predeceased
by her first son David, and Charles, her beloved husband for
62 years. Will be missed by son Paul and his wife Janet, their
sons Cameron and Matthew, and by grandchildren Sean and Katelin
and their mother Linda. Mid was born in Canton, and attended
high school in Port Hope. After graduating from the University
of Toronto, her career as an Occupational Therapist led her to
the Hamilton Psychiatric Hospital and Chedoke Hospital in Hamilton.
Mid resided in Hamilton, Burlington, Norland, Port Charlotte,
Florida, and, for the last ten years, at Wilmot Creek in Newcastle.
Mid will be remembered by her family and many Friends for her
kindness, generosity, and irrepressible spirit. Following cremation,
a memorial service will be held at the Ross Funeral Chapel, 135
Walton Street, Port Hope, Wednesday, December 21, at 11: 00 a.m.

be held at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North,
on Sunday from 2: 00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. The funeral service
will be conducted in the chapel on Monday, October 24th, 2005
at 11: 00 a.m. Casual dress. Cremation to follow. Private family
interment of ashes will be held at St. Peter's Cemetery. In lieu
